Claims (6)
- ベース部材に対して移動体が案内、送り駆動される工作機械の送り装置において、
前記ベース部材と前記移動体との間に配置され、前記ベース部材に対する前記移動体の移動を案内する直動転がりガイドと、
前記ベース部材に対して前記移動体を駆動するボールねじ機構であって、
ねじ軸と、
前記ねじ軸に沿って移動するナットと、
前記ベース部材に対して固定され且つ前記ねじ軸を支持するねじ軸ホルダと、
を有する、ボールねじ機構と、
を備え、
前記ねじ軸ホルダと前記ベース部材との間にCFRP材が挟まれる、工作機械の送り装置。 - 前記直動転がりガイドと前記ベース部材との間にCFRP材が挟まれる、請求項1に記載の工作機械の送り装置。
- 前記直動転がりガイドは、レールと、前記レールに沿って移動するキャリッジと、を有し、
前記CFRP材は、前記レールと前記ベース部材との間に、又は前記キャリッジと前記ベース部材との間に挟まれる、請求項2に記載の工作機械の送り装置。 - 前記ねじ軸ホルダは、前記ねじ軸に沿って離間して配置された第1及び第2の軸受ブラケットユニットを含み、
前記CFRP材は、前記第1及び第2の軸受ブラケットユニットを含む範囲に敷き詰められている、請求項1に記載の工作機械の送り装置。 - 前記CFRP材は、各々が所定の方向に沿ったカーボン繊維を含有する複数の層を含み、前記複数の層は、前記カーボン繊維の配向が前記移動体の移動方向に対して±45°となるように積層されている、請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械の送り装置。
- 前記ベース部材が、アルミニウム合金製である、請求項1に記載の工作機械の送り装置。
