Abstract
Description
(導電性繊維の構造)
図1は、実施の形態に係る導電性繊維1の径方向の断面図である。導電性繊維1は、撚り合わされた複数の樹脂繊維10からなる撚り線11と、撚り線11の表面(外周面)を直接被覆するめっき層12と、を備える。
以下、第1の実施の形態に係る導電性繊維1の製造方法の一例について説明する。
電解めっき液162としての、硫酸銅めっき液の組成の例を表1に示す。表1中の「塩化ナトリウム、塩酸」は、塩化物の一例である。
電解めっき液162としての、シアン化銅めっき液の組成の例を表2に示す。表2中の「遊離シアン化ナトリウム(遊離シアン化カリウム)」は、シアン化銅と反応せずに浴中に残存したシアン化アルカリである。
上記実施の形態によれば、めっき層が均質かつ撚り線とめっき層の密着性が高く、様々な用途において信頼性の高い導電性繊維を提供することができる。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

- 撚り合わされた複数の樹脂繊維からなる撚り線と、
前記撚り線の表面を被覆するめっき層と、

前記樹脂繊維の表面の算術平均粗さRaが前記樹脂繊維の直径の1.0%以上である、
導電性繊維。 - 前記撚り線の表面の算術平均粗さRaが前記撚り線の直径の0.5%以上である、
請求項1に記載の導電性繊維。 - 前記樹脂繊維がポリエチレンからなる、
請求項1又は2に記載の導電性繊維。 - 電線と、
編まれた複数の導電性繊維から構成され、前記電線の周囲を覆う編組シールドと、
前記編組シールドを覆うジャケットと、

前記導電性繊維は、
撚り合わされた複数の樹脂繊維からなる撚り線と、
前記撚り線の表面を直接被覆するめっき層と、
