Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリマーのモノフィラメントの表面を改質させて前記の表面を水湿潤性に させる方法で、前記の表面を、75ないし85重量%の濃度をもつ、硫酸又は硫 酸の強酸誘導体、及び界面活性剤、を含んでなる、活性化水溶液と、前記の表面 を水湿潤性にさせるのに十分であるが、そこで前記のモノフィラメントの実質的 な機械的崩壊が起こる限度には至らない期間及び温度において、接触させること を特徴とする方法。 2. 前記の酸が硫酸である、第1項の方法。 3. 前記の界面活性剤がフッ素化された界面活性剤である、第1項の方法。 4. 界面活性剤が過フッ素化スルホン酸アミンである、第1項の方法。 5. 界面活性剤がフッ素化アルキルアルコキシラートである、第1項の方法。 6. 界面活性剤がフッ素化アルキルアルコキシラートエステルである、第1項 の方法。 7. 界面活性剤がフッ素化アルキルアルコキシラート塩である、第1項の方法 。 8. 前記のポリマーの表面がアラミドから形成されている、第1項の方法。 9. 前記のポリマーの表面がポリアミドから形成されている、第1項の方法。 10. 前記のポリマーの表面がポリエステルから形成されている、第1項の方 法。 11. 表面がニッケルによるコートの前に第1項の方法により改質さ れている、ポリマーのモノフィラメントの表面を、導電性の無電解ニッケルコー ティングによって、完全にそして実質的に均一にコートするための方法であって 、少なくとも1個の供給リールから、無電解ニッケル浴を通して、前記の浴中の 前記のモノフィラメント上の張力が、完全で、実質的に均一なコートを可能にす るのに十分に低いような、少なくとも1個の巻取りリールに、前記のモノフィラ メントを供給することを特徴とする、方法。 12. 前記の無電解ニッケルコーティングを、少なくとも1種類の電解金属で コートする追加的段階を含む、第11項の方法。 13. 前記の電解金属コーティングが電気銅である、第12項の方法。 14. 前記の電解金属コーティングが電気ニッケルである、第12項の方法。 15. 導電性の無電解ニッケルーホウ素合金コーティングで完全にそして実質 的に均一にコートされた、ポリマーのモノフィラメント。 16. 前記のモノフィラメントが固形である、第15項のモノフィラメント。 17. 前記のモノフィラメントが中空である、第15項のモノフィラメント。 18. 前記のモノフィラメントがアラミドから形成されている、第15項のモ ノフィラメント。 19. 前記のモノフィラメントがポリアミドから形成されている、第15項の モノフィラメント。 20. 前記のモノフィラメントがポリエステルから形成されている、第15項 のモノフィラメント。 21. 前記のニッケル−ホウ素合金コーティングが更に、少なくとも1種類の 電解金属でコートされている、第15項のモノフィラメント。 22. 複数の、第15項のモノフィラメントから形成されている糸。
