Abstract
Description
本発明に係る熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法は、熱可塑性弾性体材質のモノフィラメント原糸を放糸する段階;前記放糸された原糸を冷却後延伸する段階;前記延伸された原糸を170℃〜190℃の熱処理温度で熱風乾燥する段階;及び前記熱風乾燥された原糸に油剤処理をする段階を含む。各段階別に細部的な工程を説明すれば次の通りである。
TPE共重合体を用いたモノフィラメント原糸を放糸する工程に関するものである。前記原糸のポリマー原料の水分率は0.08%以下であることが好ましい。原料を圧出機10に投入する前に原料を乾燥させる。乾燥条件は、80〜150℃温度で4〜12時間であり、熱風乾燥または除湿乾燥機により乾燥させる。
放糸された原糸は、10〜50℃温度の冷却水槽(20)の水中で冷却させて、その後70〜100℃温度の水中で延伸ローラ(30)にて1次延伸を進める。1次延伸後120〜200℃温度の熱風器(40)の熱風を利用して延伸ローラ(50)にて2次延伸を進めて、1、2次延伸後最終延伸比は2〜8倍である。
延伸された原糸を170〜190℃温度で熱風乾燥してリラックス加工する。この工程では前の延伸工程より5〜20%程度ロール速度を減少させることによって原糸をリラックス加工して安定化させる。履き物製靴では1%未満の収縮率を要求して、これを満足させるためには原糸の収縮率が5〜10%の間にならなければならない。前記原糸熱処理工程を経て既存30%である原糸収縮率が5〜10%に調節される。
製織性向上及び整経時張力均一化のために原糸に放糸油剤処理をする。オイリング処理器を利用してOPU(Oil Pick Up)が0.2%〜3.0重量%(油剤固形分含有量基準)になるように油剤処理をする。油剤固形分含有量はエマルジョン形態になっている油剤をローラで原糸に塗った後乾燥させるが、乾燥後原糸に付いている油剤固形分の量である。
前記3.原糸熱処理工程での熱処理温度に応じて原糸の収縮率に影響を及ぼすので最適な熱処理温度設定のために熱処理温度を170℃(実施例1)、190℃(実施例2)にして原糸収縮率、解糸性、製織性、引張強度、伸率を測定した。
放糸油剤種類に応じた原糸の物性を測定した結果を表2に示した。熱処理温度170℃及び190℃で解糸性及び製織性を満足させる放糸油剤はシリコン系とミネラル系オイル(Liquid paraffin oil)であることを確認することができる。

- 熱可塑性弾性体材質のモノフィラメント原糸を放糸する段階(S10);
前記放糸された原糸を冷却後延伸する段階(S20);
前記延伸された原糸を170℃〜190℃の熱処理温度で熱風乾燥する段階(S30);及び
前記熱風乾燥された原糸に油剤処理をする段階(S40);
を含むことを特徴とする、優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性弾性体は、
TPE共重合体またはポリエステル−エーテル共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 前記油剤は、
ミネラル系オイルまたはシリコン系オイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 前記油剤は、
OPU(Oil Pick Up)が0.2%〜3%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 前記S10段階は、
前記熱可塑性弾性体の固有粘度が1.0〜4.0dl/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 前記S20段階は、
前記放糸された原糸は、10〜50℃温度の水中で冷却させる段階;
前記冷却された原糸を70〜100℃温度の水中で1次延伸を進める段階;及び
前記1次延伸後120〜200℃温度の熱風を利用して2次延伸を進める段階;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項によって製造された優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項によって製造された優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸で製織された織物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項によって製造された優秀な解糸性、製織性及び原糸収縮率特性を有する熱可塑性弾性体原糸で製織された履き物製靴。
