Claims (5)
- 作動油を貯留するタンクと、
エンジンにより駆動され、前記タンク内に貯留された作動油を吐出する可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプを制御する容量制御弁と、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油により駆動される複数の油圧シリンダと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記複数の油圧シリンダとの間に配置され、複数の操作具の操作に応じて作動油が流れる方向をそれぞれ切り換える複数の方向切換弁と、
前記油圧ポンプと前記複数の方向切換弁とを接続し、前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油が流れる第1作動油流路と、
前記複数の方向切換弁と前記複数の油圧シリンダとをそれぞれ接続し、前記油圧シリンダに供給される作動油が流れる第2作動油流路と、
前記複数の方向切換弁と前記容量制御弁とを接続し、前記油圧シリンダに作動油が供給されるときに発生するパイロット圧を前記容量制御弁に供給するパイロットラインと、
前記パイロットラインと前記タンクとの間に配置され、前記パイロットラインに発生するパイロット圧がリリーフ圧以上になると開くリリーフ弁と、
前記リリーフ弁の前記リリーフ圧を設定するリリーフ圧設定部と、
前記複数の操作具の操作状態をそれぞれ検出する複数の操作検出部と、
前記複数の操作検出部によりそれぞれ検出された前記複数の操作具の操作状態に基づいて、前記リリーフ圧設定部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記容量制御弁は、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧と前記パイロットラインのパイロット圧との差圧が予め定められた規定圧となるように前記油圧ポンプを制御すると共に、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧が予め定められた上限圧以下となるように前記油圧ポンプを制御し、
前記制御部は、前記複数の操作具のうち1つの操作具が操作されたときと他の操作具が操作されたときとで、前記リリーフ弁の前記リリーフ圧が異なるように、前記リリーフ圧設定部を制御する産業車両の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記複数の油圧シリンダの1つは、荷物を昇降させるリフトシリンダであり、
前記複数の操作具の1つは、前記リフトシリンダを動作させるためのリフトレバーであり、
前記複数の方向切換弁の1つは、前記油圧ポンプと前記リフトシリンダとの間に配置されたリフトバルブであり、
前記制御部は、前記リフトレバーが操作されたときには、前記リフトレバー以外の操作具が操作されたときに比べて、前記リリーフ弁の前記リリーフ圧が高くなるように、前記リリーフ圧設定部を制御する請求項1記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記リリーフ圧設定部は、前記パイロットラインに接続された電磁比例弁と、前記電磁比例弁と前記リリーフ弁との間に配置され、前記リリーフ弁を押圧するピストンを有する押圧用シリンダとを有し、
前記制御部は、前記リフトレバーが操作されたときには、前記リフトレバー以外の操作具が操作されたときに比べて、前記押圧用シリンダの圧力が高くなるように、前記電磁比例弁を制御する請求項2記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の操作具が何れも操作されていないときには、前記押圧用シリンダが前記タンクと連通するように、前記電磁比例弁を制御する請求項3記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。
- 前記油圧シリンダにかかる負荷を検出する負荷検出部と、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数検出部とを更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記複数の操作検出部によりそれぞれ検出された前記複数の操作具の操作状態、前記負荷検出部により検出された前記油圧シリンダにかかる負荷及び前記回転数検出部により検出された前記エンジンの回転数に基づいて、前記産業車両のエンストが発生する可能性があるかどうかを判定し、前記産業車両のエンストが発生する可能性があると判定されたときには、前記操作具が操作されたときに比べて、前記リリーフ弁の前記リリーフ圧が低くなるように、前記リリーフ圧設定部を制御する請求項2〜4の何れか一項記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。
