(2)油圧負荷が増える

(3)エンジン回転数が低下する

(4)エンストを防ぐため、電磁比例リリーフ弁16のリリーフ圧が下がる

(5)電磁比例リリーフ弁16のリリーフ圧が荷役の作動圧を下回ると、マスト3の後傾動作が停止する

(6)油圧負荷が減るため、エンジン回転数が上昇する
↓
(7)電磁比例リリーフ弁16のリリーフ圧が上昇する
↓
(8)電磁比例リリーフ弁16のリリーフ圧が荷役の作動圧を上回ると、マスト3の後傾動作が復帰する

Claims (4)
- エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプからの作動油によって動作する荷役装置と、
前記荷役装置を動作させる指示操作を行うための荷役操作部と、
前記油圧ポンプと前記荷役装置との間に配設された電磁比例制御弁と、
前記荷役操作部の操作状態に応じて前記電磁比例制御弁を制御するバルブ制御部と、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数検出部とを備え、
前記バルブ制御部は、前記回転数検出部により検出された前記エンジンの回転数が所定回転数よりも低いときは、前記電磁比例制御弁の開度が一定時間だけ制限されるように前記電磁比例制御弁を制御することを特徴とする荷役車両。 - 前記荷役装置の荷役負荷を検出する荷役負荷検出部と、
前記負荷検出部により検出された前記荷役装置の荷役負荷に応じて、前記電磁比例制御弁の開度が制限されるバルブ開度制限時間を設定する制限時間設定部とを更に備え、
前記バルブ制御部は、前記エンジンの回転数が前記所定回転数よりも低いときは、前記電磁比例制御弁の開度が前記制限時間設定部により設定された前記バルブ開度制限時間だけ制限されるように前記電磁比例制御弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の荷役車両。 - 前記制限時間設定部は、前記荷役装置の荷役負荷に応じて、前記バルブ開度制限時間を段階的に設定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の荷役車両。
- 前記荷役装置は、マストを前傾または後傾させるティルトシリンダを有し、
前記荷役操作部は、前記ティルトシリンダを動作させる指示操作を行うためのティルト操作部であり、
前記電磁比例制御弁は、前記油圧ポンプと前記ティルトシリンダとの間に配設されており、
前記バルブ制御部は、前記ティルト操作部により前記マストを後傾させる指示操作が行われた場合に、前記エンジンの回転数が前記所定回転数よりも低いときは、前記電磁比例制御弁の開度が一定時間だけ制限されるように前記電磁比例制御弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の荷役車両。
