Description
前記ホイストシリンダと前記油圧ポンプおよび油タンクとの間の油圧回路を遮断する保持位置と、前記ホイストシリンダのボトム室に前記油圧ポンプからの作動油を供給してベッセルを上げる上げ位置と、前記ホイストシリンダのボトム室を油タンクと連通させてベッセルの自重によりベッセルを降下させる浮き位置とを有する3位置切換弁より構成された主制御弁と、
ベッセルの上げ動作を行なう作動油の油圧より低い低圧油圧源と、
前記低圧油圧源と前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室との間に設けられたベッセル下げ動作用の2位置弁でなる制御弁と、
前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室と油タンクとの間に設けられ、ベッセル浮き動作の際に油タンクから作動油を前記ロッド室に供給可能とする逆止弁と備え、
前記コントローラは、前記操作装置の操作信号がベッセル下げである際に、前記主制御弁を浮き位置に切換え、かつ前記ベッセル下げ動作用の制御弁を切換えて前記低圧油圧源からの低圧の作動油を前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室に供給する構成を有することを特徴とする。
前記主制御弁は油圧操作式切換弁でなり、
ベッセル下げ動作時に用いる前記低圧油圧源として、前記主制御弁にパイロット圧油を供給する油圧源を用いたことを特徴とする。
前記油圧ポンプから吐出され、前記ホイストシリンダを作動させる作動油の最高圧を設定するリリーフ弁として、1つのリリーフ圧が設定されたリリーフ弁を備えたことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 車体上に搭載される油圧ポンプと、ベッセルを起伏させるホイストシリンダと、前記油圧ポンプと前記ホイストシリンダとの間に設けられ、前記ホイストシリンダを制御する主制御弁と、前記ホイストシリンダの操作装置およびその操作装置からの操作信号を受けて前記主制御弁を制御するコントローラとを備えたダンプトラックのホイスト装置において、
前記ホイストシリンダと前記油圧ポンプおよび油タンクとの間の油圧回路を遮断する保持位置と、前記ホイストシリンダのボトム室に前記油圧ポンプからの作動油を供給してベッセルを上げる上げ位置と、前記ホイストシリンダのボトム室を油タンクと連通させてベッセルの自重によりベッセルを降下させる浮き位置とを有する3位置切換弁より構成された主制御弁と、
ベッセルの上げ動作を行なう作動油の油圧より低い低圧油圧源と、
前記低圧油圧源と前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室との間に設けられたベッセル下げ動作用の2位置弁でなる制御弁と、
前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室と油タンクとの間に設けられ、ベッセル浮き動作の際に油タンクから作動油を前記ロッド室に供給可能とする逆止弁と備え、
前記コントローラは、前記操作装置の操作信号がベッセル下げである際に、前記主制御弁を浮き位置に切換え、かつ前記ベッセル下げ動作用の制御弁を切換えて前記低圧油圧源からの低圧の作動油を前記ホイストシリンダのロッド室に供給する構成を有することを特徴とするダンプトラックのホイスト装置。 - 請求項1に記載のダンプトラックのホイスト装置において、
前記主制御弁は油圧操作式切換弁でなり、
ベッセル下げ動作時に用いる前記低圧油圧源として、前記主制御弁にパイロット圧油を供給する油圧源を用いたことを特徴とするダンプトラックのホイスト装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のダンプトラックのホイスト装置において、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出され、前記ホイストシリンダを作動させる作動油の最高圧を設定するリリーフ弁として、1つのリリーフ圧が設定されたリリーフ弁を備えたことを特徴とするダンプトラックのホイスト装置。
