Claims (3)
- 上下方向に延びる中心線を有する有底円筒状のホッパと、
上記中心線回りに回転される回転軸の下端部に、外周側に延びる切出羽根が設けられた切出手段と、
上記ホッパの底面に開口して上記中心線側から外周側に延びる切出口とを備え、
上記ホッパ内に保持された繊維状脱水助剤を、上記切出手段によって切り出しつつ、上記切出口から排出して供給する繊維状脱水助剤の供給装置であって、
上記切出口は、上記回転軸の回転方向側の端縁が、上記回転軸の回転方向とは反対側の端縁よりも低くなるように、段差を有していることを特徴とする繊維状脱水助剤の供給装置。 - 上記切出手段は複数の上記切出羽根を備え、
これら複数の切出羽根は、少なくとも一部の切出羽根の上端縁の上記中心線方向の高さが、他の少なくとも一部の切出羽根の上端縁の上記中心線方向の高さと異なる高さとされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維状脱水助剤の供給装置。 - 上記切出口には、この切出口に沿って延びる断面U字状の排出トラフと、この排出トラフ内に挿入されたスクリューコンベアとを備えた排出手段が設けられており、
上記排出トラフの上端縁は上記スクリューコンベアのスクリュー羽根の上縁部よりも上方に位置して間隔があけられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維状脱水助剤の供給装置。
