Claims (14)
- 絶縁基板と、この絶縁基板に設けられた少なくとも一対のヒューズ電極と、前記絶縁基板に設けられ、前記ヒューズ電極の間に設けた中間電極と、前記ヒューズ電極と前記中間電極とに接合され、前記ヒューズ電極と前記中間電極に電気接続されたヒューズ素子と、前記絶縁基板に設けられ、前記中間電極と発熱電極に電気接続するように設けられた発熱体を備え、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち少なくとも一対の電極間の伝導手段を他の電極間の伝導手段と異なるように設けたことを特徴とした保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極の電極間を架け渡す前記ヒューズ素子の断面積や長さを電極間ごとに変えた請求項1に記載の保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極の電極間ごとにヒューズ素子そのものの材質を変えた請求項1または請求項2に記載の保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極の電極間距離を他の電極間距離より広く設けた請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極間の電気抵抗を他の電極間の電気抵抗よりも大きくした請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載の保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極間の熱伝導を他の電極間の熱伝導よりも小さくした請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の保護素子。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定電極の放熱面積を小さく設けた請求項1ないし請求項6の何れか1つに記載の保護素子。
- 二次電池を過電流と過電圧から保護する電気回路であって、ヒューズ素子と発熱体を有する保護装置と、この保護装置の前記発熱体に電気接続され、前記二次電池の過電圧を検出し前記発熱体に流れる電流を制御する検知手段とを備え、
前記保護装置は、絶縁基板と、この絶縁基板に設けられた少なくとも一対のヒューズ電極と、該絶縁基板に設けられ該ヒューズ電極の間に設けた中間電極と、該ヒューズ電極と該中間電極に電気接続されたヒューズ素子と、該絶縁基板に設けられ該中間電極と発熱電極に電気接続して設けられた発熱体とを有し、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち少なくとも一対の電極間の伝導手段を他の電極間の伝導手段と異なるように設けられた保護素子からなり、
過電流時には、前記伝導手段により、所定の前記ヒューズ素子が溶断するとともに、
過電圧時には、前記検知手段により、前記二次電池の電圧が発熱体に印加され、前記発熱体が発熱し、前記ヒューズ素子が溶断して発熱体への印加を遮断することを特徴とした保護回路。 - 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極の電極間を架け渡す前記ヒューズ素子の断面積や長さを電極間ごとに変えた請求項8に記載の保護回路。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極の電極間ごとにヒューズ素子そのものの材質を変えた請求項8または請求項9に記載の保護回路。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極の電極間距離を他の電極間距離より広く設けた請求項8ないし請求項10の何れか1つに記載の保護回路。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極間の電気抵抗を他の電極間の電気抵抗よりも大きくした請求項8ないし請求項11の何れか1つに記載の保護回路。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定の電極間の熱伝導を他の電極間の熱伝導よりも小さくした請求項8ないし請求項12の何れか1つに記載の保護回路。
- 前記伝導手段は、前記中間電極を含む前記ヒューズ電極のうち所定電極の放熱面積を小さく設けた請求項8ないし請求項13の何れか1つに記載の保護回路。
