Claims (7)
- 炉殻の内部において該炉殻に対して着脱自在に固定された処理室ユニットと、
給電部とを備え、
前記処理室ユニットは、
ワークの熱処理が行われる処理容器と、
前記処理容器の内部に設けられた断熱材と、
前記処理容器の内部に発熱体が位置し、前記処理容器の外部に端子が位置するヒータと、
前記処理容器の外部に設けられた、前記ヒータの前記端子と電気的に接続されるブスバーと、を有し、
前記給電部は、前記処理容器の外部に設けられ、
前記ブスバーと前記給電部とが着脱自在に接続されている、熱処理装置。 - 前記処理室ユニットは、前記ブスバーを複数有し、
各ブスバーは、前記処理容器の、対向する一対の壁面部である第1の壁面部と、第2の壁面部のうち、第1の壁面部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理装置。 - 前記ヒータはU字状であり、
前記発熱体の折り返し部が前記処理容器の内部に位置している、請求項2に記載の熱処理装置。 - 前記処理容器に、前記ヒータを支持するヒータ支持部材が設けられ、
前記ヒータ支持部材は、前記処理容器の前記第2の壁面部から該処理容器の内方に向かって延びる、前記発熱体の前記折り返し部を支持する延伸部を有し、
前記延伸部は、前記処理容器の前記第2の壁面部から離れるほど、水平面に対して下方に傾斜している、請求項3に記載の熱処理装置。 - 前記処理容器の前記第1の壁面部に、前記ヒータの飛び出しを防止する飛び出し防止部材が設けられている、請求項3または4に記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記ブスバーと前記給電部との接続位置が、前記炉殻の開口部近傍にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記炉殻の底面部内面に、前記処理室ユニットを搬送する搬送ローラーが設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理装置。
