Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る駆動回路を具体化した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態に係る駆動回路は、回転電機の制御システムを構成する。
以下、第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、第1,第2オフスイッチ55,75にオフ保持機能を持たせる。
以下、第3実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、定電流制御に代えて、定電圧制御により第1,第2スイッチSWA,SWBをオン状態に切り替える。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 互いに並列接続された複数のスイッチ(SWA,SWB)を駆動するスイッチの駆動回路(Dr)において、
前記各スイッチに対応して設けられ、前記スイッチのゲートに向かって充電電流を流す充電部(51A,52,56A,56B,57,58等)と、
前記各スイッチに対応して設けられ、前記スイッチのゲートと該ゲートの電荷の放電先となるグランド部とを接続するオフスイッチ(55,75)と、
前記各スイッチに対応して設けられ、前記スイッチのゲートの充電状態が所定状態となったことを検知する検知部(60,80)と、
前記各充電部により充電電流が流されている場合において、前記各検知部の全てにより充電状態が所定状態になったと検知されていないときに前記各オフスイッチをオン状態にし、前記各検知部の全てにより充電状態が所定状態になったと検知されたときに前記各オフスイッチをオフ状態に切り替える切替部(61,65,81,85)と、を備えるスイッチの駆動回路。 - 前記各検知部の検知結果を伝達するとともに、前記各検知部に対して共通化された通信部(42,43,L)を備え、
前記通信部は、前記各検知部の全てにより充電状態が所定状態になったと検知された場合、前記検知結果を表す信号の出力態様を変更し、
前記切替部は、前記通信部の信号の出力態様が変更されたと判定した場合、前記各オフスイッチをオフ状態に切り替える請求項1に記載のスイッチの駆動回路。 - 前記切替部は、前記各スイッチに対応して設けられ、
前記各切替部は、前記通信部の信号の出力態様が変更されたと判定した場合、自身に対応する前記オフスイッチをオフ状態に切り替える請求項2に記載のスイッチの駆動回路。 - 前記スイッチの駆動信号がオフ指令であることを条件として、前記オフスイッチをオン状態に切り替えるオフ保持制御部を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチの駆動回路。
- 前記充電部は、前記スイッチのゲートに向かって定電流を流す定電流充電部であり、
前記各検知部は、自身に対応する前記スイッチのゲートに供給される充電電流が所定電流を超えたことを検知する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチの駆動回路。
