Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年9月19日付韓国特許出願第10−2016−0119487号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
発明の一具現例によれば、94乃至97重量%のポリオレフィン樹脂および3乃至6重量%の難燃剤を含み;前記難燃剤は、臭素系難燃剤、リン系難燃剤および窒素系難燃剤を1:0.6乃至30:0.6乃至20の重量比で含有する、ポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体製造用樹脂組成物が提供される。
発明の他の一具現例によれば、前述した樹脂組成物の発泡成形物を含むポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体が提供される。
下記表1乃至表3に示す成分を混合してポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体製造用樹脂組成物を準備した。
*PP:ポリプロピレン樹脂(重量平均分子量248,600g/mol)
*Br−FR:臭素系難燃剤(1,3,5−triazine−2,4,6−triamine hydrobromide)
*P−FR:リン系難燃剤(ammonium polyphosphate)
*N−FR:窒素系難燃剤(melamine cyanurate)
準備された樹脂組成物を下記表4乃至表6に示す温度と圧力条件下で押出発泡してポリオレフィン系ビードを得た。
前記実施例および比較例によるビードと発泡体の試片に対して、次のような方法でそれぞれ物性を測定し、その結果を下記表4乃至表9に示した。
1)外観状態
:ビードの表面を肉眼で観察して表面の空隙の有無と陥没または収縮の有無などを評価して、その状態が良好なビードの比率が90%以上である場合「O」、70%以上90%未満である場合「△」、70%未満である場合、「X」で表示する。
2)密度(g/L)
:23℃温度の水(体積V1)が入ったメスシリンダーに約200mlの発泡粒子群を採取して質量(W)を測定し、前記メスシリンダーに浸漬して体積を知っている押圧棒(V2)を利用して発泡粒子を沈めた後、全体体積(V3)を測定して、採取した発泡粒子の質量W(g)を発泡粒子群だけの体積(V3−V1−V2)(L)で割って密度を求める。
3)セルサイズ(μm)
:任意に選択された3個の発泡粒子を2等分に切断した断面を走査電子顕微鏡(SEM)を利用して20KV、30倍の倍率で観測したイメージを得た後、イメージ分析プログラム(Leica Application Suite)を通じて平均セルサイズを求める。
4)均一度
:ビードを肉眼で観察して大きさの均一な程度を均一(○)または不均一(X)で評価する。
1)収縮率(%)
:前記モールド成形直後、前記発泡体を50℃で6時間乾燥する。乾燥された前記発泡体に対して定規を用いて発泡体の寸法(横、縦、高さ)を測定する。そして、測定された値をモールド成形に利用されたモールドの寸法(横、縦、高さ)と比較して収縮比率(%)を計算した。
2)融着率(%)
:前記発泡体の一側を切断した後、その切断面を顕微鏡で撮影する。前記切断面の全体面積を基準に、前記切断面で前記ビードが互いに融着されている部分の面積比率(%)を計算した。ここで、前記ビードの融着が良好になされた部分はビード表面が見えず、ビードが分かれたり割れた形態で観察される。融着が良好になされていない部分はビードの表面が露出されて肉眼で観察が可能である。
3)防炎特性−炭化長さ(cm)
:下記の大韓民国国民安全処告示第2015−1号の「防炎性能基準」第7条(合成樹脂板、合板などの防炎性能測定基準および方法)に基づき、横29cm、縦19cmの広さの試験片を燃焼試験装置の受け台に固定した後、65mmの長さの火炎の先端が試験片中央下端に接するように発生させて2分間加熱する条件下で火炎により炭化された部分の最大長さを測定する。
※第7条(合成樹脂板、合板などの防炎性能測定基準および方法)
合成樹脂板、合板、インテリアフィルム付着合板などの防炎性能測定基準および方法は、次の各号に適していなければならない。
1.燃焼試験装置は[別図1]の燃焼試験箱、[別図5]の試験体受け台、[別図3]の電気火炎発生装置および[別図7]のメッケルバーナーを使用する。
2.試験に使用する燃料は、KS M 2150(液化石油ガス)に適したものでなければならない。
3.試験体は1.6m2以上の測定対象物品で任意に切り取った横29cm、縦19cmのもので、3個ずつ作る。
4.試験体の乾燥は(40±2)℃恒温乾燥機内で24時間乾燥した後、シリカゲルを入れたデシケーター内に2時間入れて置く。ただし、熱に影響を受けないものは(105±2)℃の恒温乾燥機内で1時間乾燥した後、シリカゲルを入れたデシケーター内に2時間入れて置くこととすることができる。
5.性能試験測定は、次の方法による。
イ.試験体は試験体受け台に固定すること。
ロ.バーナーの火炎の長さは65mmにすること。
ハ.火炎の先端が試験体中央下端に接するようにバーナーを設置すること。
ニ.加熱は各試験体に対して2分間実施すること。
4)難燃等級
:UL 94 HBF Test(Horizontal Burning Foamed Material Test)に基づいて火炎を加えた後の残炎時間(afterflame time)、個別残炎時間+残じん時間(after flame time plus Afterglow time for each individual specimen)、滴下による脱脂綿の発火(cotton ignition)、個別燃焼長さ(damaged length for each individual specimen)をそれぞれ測定し、その基準により三つの等級(HF−1>HF−2>HBF)を付与する。
Claims (7)
- 94乃至97重量%のポリオレフィン樹脂および3乃至6重量%の難燃剤を含み;
前記難燃剤は、臭素系難燃剤、リン系難燃剤および窒素系難燃剤を1:0.6乃至30:0.6乃至20の重量比で含有する、ポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体製造用樹脂組成物。 - 前記難燃剤は、前記樹脂組成物全体重量に対して0.06乃至1.75重量%の臭素系難燃剤、0.5乃至3.25重量%のリン系難燃剤および0.5乃至2.25重量%の窒素系難燃剤からなる、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体製造用樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリメチルペンテン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン−ブテン共重合体、およびプロピレン−ブテン共重合体からなる群より選択された1種以上の樹脂である、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体製造用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物の発泡成形物を含むポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体。
- UL 94 HBF TestによるHF−1等級および大韓民国国民安全処告示第2015−1号の「防炎性能基準」第7条(合成樹脂板、合板などの防炎性能測定基準および方法)による15cm以下の炭化長さを有する、請求項4に記載のポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体。
- 前記ポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体は、前記発泡成形物をモールド成形により融着させて得たものであって、
前記発泡体の任意の切断面を観察した時、前記発泡成形物が互いに融着されている面積が前記任意の切断面の面積と対比して50乃至80%を示す、請求項4に記載のポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体は、前記発泡成形物をモールド成形により融着させて得たものであって、
前記発泡成形物に対するモールド成形直後50℃で6時間乾燥して得た発泡体の寸法を前記モールド成形に利用されたモールドの寸法と対比すると、2.5%以下の収縮率を示す、請求項4に記載のポリオレフィン系難燃性発泡体。
