Abstract
Description

本明細書に開示される数値範囲は、下限値から上限値の全ての値を含み、下限値および上限値を含む。明示的な値を含む範囲の場合、いずれかの2つの明示的な値の間のいかなる部分範囲も含まれる。化学化合物に関して使用される場合、特に別途示されない限り、単数は全ての異性形態を含み、その逆もまた同様である。

本開示の組成物は、既知のプロセスを用いて物品を調製するのに有用であり得る。例えば、組成物は、任意の押出成形、カレンダー加工、ブロー成型、圧縮成型、射出成型、または熱成形プロセスを使用して、部品、シート、または他の製品に製造され得る。組成物の構成成分は、予備混合されたプロセスに供給され得るか、または組成物がその中に形成されるように、構成成分を変換押出成形機などのプロセス機器に直接供給され得る。組成物は、物品の製造の前に、別のポリマーとブレンドされ得る。そのようなブレンドは、様々な従来技法のいずれかによって行われてもよく、その一つは、組成物のペレットと別のポリマーのペレットとの乾燥ブレンドである。

Claims (9)
- (A)プロピレン系ポリマーの全重量に基づいて少なくとも75重量%のプロピレン含有量、および230℃/2.16kgでISO1133により測定された少なくとも10g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する少なくとも1つのプロピレン系ポリマーを含む、30重量%〜94重量%のプロピレン構成成分と、
(B)1重量%〜50重量%のカーボンファイバー構成成分と、
(C)5重量%〜69重量%の熱可塑性ポリオレフィンエラストマーと、を含む組成物。 - (D)0.1重量%〜15重量%の相溶化剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記カーボンファイバー構成成分が、エポキシ系およびフェノキシ系エマルジョンでサイジングされたチョップドカーボンファイバーを含む、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィンエラストマーが、ASTM D792によって測定された0.850g/cc〜0.875g/ccの密度、および190℃/2.16kgでASTM D1238によって測定された0.1g/10分〜50g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィンエラストマーが、エチレン/アルファ−オレフィンインターポリマーである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリオレフィンエラストマーが、オレフィンブロックコポリマーである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記相溶化剤が、無水マレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 2000MPa超の曲げ弾性率、6kJ/m2超のシャルピー衝撃強度、および4J超の落槍最大力エネルギーをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 縦方向で5E−05m/m/℃未満の平均CLTE値、および横方向で8E−05m/m/℃未満の平均CLTE値をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
