f)前記懸濁液のpH値を少なくとも6の値に調節し、前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物の水溶液を前記のpHを調節したチタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子の懸濁液に添加することにより、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子上に吸着した少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を有する懸濁した固体相を含有するウォッシュコートスラリーを得るステップ;あるいは
前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物の水溶液を、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子の懸濁液に添加し、引き続き前記懸濁液のpH値を少なくとも6の値に調節することにより、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子上に吸着した少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を有する懸濁した固体相を含有するウォッシュコートスラリーを得るステップ;
g)前記モノリシック基材をステップf)のウォッシュコートスラリーの層でコーティングするステップ;
h)モノリシック基材上にコーティングされた層のpH値を6未満に低下させ、前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子から、前記モノリシック基材の壁上および壁中に溶解させるステップ;および
i)ウォッシュコートされたモノリシック基材を乾燥し、か焼するステップ。
Claims (7)
- オフガス中における窒素酸化物、VOCおよび一酸化炭素の還元のためのモノリシック触媒の製造方法であって、前記触媒は少なくとも1種の白金族金属、酸化バナジウム、チタニアおよび任意選択的に酸化タングステンを含み、前記方法は、以下のステップ:
a)モノリシック基材を提供するステップ;
b)バナジウム化合物の水溶液を提供するステップ;
c)少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物の水溶液を提供するステップ;
d)チタニアの粒子を前記バナジウム化合物の水溶液に添加することにより、バナジウム化合物水溶液中に懸濁されたチタニア粒子を含む懸濁液を得るステップ;
e)ステップd)の懸濁液におけるバナジウム化合物の少なくとも一部をチタニア粒子の表面上に析出させることにより、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子の懸濁液を得るステップ;
f)前記懸濁液のpH値を少なくとも6の値に調節し、前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物の水溶液を前記のpHを調節したチタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子の懸濁液に添加することにより、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子上に吸着した少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を有する懸濁した固体相を含有するウォッシュコートスラリーを得るステップ;あるいは
前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物の水溶液を、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子の懸濁液に添加し、引き続き前記懸濁液のpH値を少なくとも6の値に調節することにより、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子上に吸着した少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を有する懸濁した固体相を含有するウォッシュコートスラリーを得るステップ;
g)前記モノリシック基材をステップf)のウォッシュコートスラリーの層でコーティングするステップ;
h)モノリシック基材上にコーティングされた層のpH値を6未満に低下させ、前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物を、チタニアに担持されたバナジウム化合物粒子から、前記モノリシック基材の壁上および壁中に溶解させるステップ;および
i)ウォッシュコートされたモノリシック基材を乾燥し、か焼するステップ、
を含む方法。 - ステップf)におけるpH値が少なくとも8に調節される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バナジウム化合物がメタバナジン酸アンモニウムである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記の白金族金属の少なくとも1種の化合物が、パラジウムの1種以上の化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ステップh)におけるウォッシュコート層のpH値を、酸化バナジウムおよびチタニアをステップa)で提供されたモノリシック基材において提供することにより低下させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記酸化バナジウムが五酸化バナジウムである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種の白金族金属の1種以上の化合物が硝酸パラジウムである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
