Claims (15)
- 光源と、
偏光子と、
前記光源と前記偏光子との間に配置された少なくとも1つの増強フィルムと、
前記光源と前記増強フィルムとの間に配置されたディフューザーと、
第1の基板に連結された第1の電極と、
第2の基板に連結された第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に配置された液晶層と
を含む、適応型バックライトモジュール。 - 前記光源が、一又は複数の冷陰極蛍光ランプ(CCFL)、一又は複数の発光ダイオード(LED)、及び一又は複数の有機発光ダイオード(OLED)のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の適応型バックライトモジュール。
- 導光板と、
リフレクタと
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の適応型バックライトモジュール。 - 前記液晶層が、
スメクチック相液晶と、
複数のスペーサ要素と
を含む、請求項1に記載の適応型バックライトモジュール。 - 前記第1の電極が、前記第1の基板の下面に配置され、かつ第1の酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)フィルムを含み、
前記第2の電極が、前記第2の基板の上面に配置され、かつ第1の酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)フィルムを含み、
前記第1の基板の前記下面が、前記第2の基板の前記上面の方を向く、請求項1に記載の適応型バックライトモジュール。 - 第1の基板の上に少なくとも1つの増強フィルムを形成することと、
前記増強フィルムの上に偏光子を形成することと、
前記第1の基板の上の第1の電極と第2の基板の上の第2の電極との間に液晶層を形成することによって、ディフューザーを形成することと、
前記ディフューザーを光源に連結することと
を含む、適応型バックライトモジュールを製作する方法。 - 前記光源を導光板及びリフレクタに連結することと、
前記第1の電極を前記第1の基板の上に形成することと、
前記第2の電極を前記第2の基板の上に形成することと
を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記液晶層が、
スメクチック相液晶と、
複数のスペーサ要素と
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の電極を前記第1の基板の上に形成することが、前記第1の基板を第1の酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)フィルムでコーティングすることを含み、前記第1の電極が、前記第1の基板の下面に形成され、
前記第2の電極を前記第2の基板の上に形成することが、前記第2の基板を第2の酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)フィルムでコーティングすることを含み、前記第2の電極が、前記第2の基板の上面に形成される、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記液晶層が、インクジェット印刷プロセス、スロットダイコーティングプロセス、スクリーン印刷プロセス、スタンプ転写プロセス、及び真空充填プロセスのうちの1つを使用して形成される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第1の電極を第1の基板の上に形成し、第2の電極を第2の基板の上に形成するように構成された第1のチャンバと、
前記第1の基板の上の前記第1の電極と前記第2の基板の上の前記第2の電極との間に液晶層を形成することによって、ディフューザーを形成するように構成された第2のチャンバと
を含む、適応型バックライトモジュールを製作するためのシステム。 - 前記液晶層が、インクジェット印刷プロセス、スロットダイコーティングプロセス、スクリーン印刷プロセス、スタンプ転写プロセス、及び真空充填プロセスのうちの1つを使用して、前記第2のチャンバ内に形成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のチャンバが、化学気相堆積(CVD)チャンバを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディフューザーの上に増強フィルムを形成するように構成された第3のチャンバ
を更に含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のチャンバが、物理的気相堆積(PVD)チャンバを含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
