Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 発光ダイオード(LED)モジュールであって、
ベース金属基板上の第1の誘電体層と、
前記第1の誘電体層上の第1のパターン形成された金属層と、
前記第1のパターン形成された金属層内の局所遮蔽領域であり、実質的に連続した導電材料の領域を有する局所遮蔽領域と、
前記第1のパターン形成された金属層上の第2の誘電体層と、
前記第2の誘電体層上の第2のパターン形成された金属層と、
前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上の1つ以上のLEDであり、前記ベース金属基板に熱的に結合された1つ以上のLEDと、
前記1つ以上のLEDに目標電流を供給するように構成された、前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上の1つ以上のデバイスであり、当該1つ以上のデバイスのうちの或るデバイスが、急勾配電圧波形を搬送し、且つ前記局所遮蔽領域の少なくとも一部の上方に位置する、1つ以上のデバイスと、
前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上のDC電圧ノードであり、前記局所遮蔽領域に電気的に接続されているDC電圧ノードと、
を有するモジュール。 - 前記DC電圧ノードと前記局所遮蔽領域とが、前記第1のパターン形成された金属層と、前記第2の誘電体層と、前記第2のパターン形成された金属層との一部を貫いて延在する導電ビアによって、電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記局所遮蔽領域の外縁が、横方向に、前記急勾配電圧波形を搬送する前記デバイスの外縁の外側を延在している、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記DC電圧ノードは、前記局所遮蔽領域の少なくとも一部の上方に位置している、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記1つ以上のLEDの下方の前記第1のパターン形成された金属層の部分は、前記局所遮蔽領域を含んでいない、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記急勾配電圧波形を搬送する前記デバイスは、AC電圧入力から矩形波電圧波形を生成するスイッチングトランジスタを有する、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記DC電圧ノードはグランドに電気的に結合される、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記DC電圧ノードは正のDC電圧源に電気的に結合される、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記局所遮蔽領域の外縁が、横方向に、前記DC電圧ノードの外縁の外側を延在している、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記ベース金属基板に熱的に結合されたヒートシンク、を更に有する請求項1記載のモジュール。
- 発光ダイオード(LED)モジュールを形成する方法であって、
ベース金属基板上に第1の誘電体層を形成し、
前記第1の誘電体層上に第1のパターン形成された金属層を形成し、
前記第1のパターン形成された金属層内に局所遮蔽領域を形成し、該局所遮蔽領域は、実質的に連続した導電材料の領域を有し、
前記第1のパターン形成された金属層上に第2の誘電体層を形成し、
前記第2の誘電体層上に第2のパターン形成された金属層を形成し、
前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上に1つ以上のLEDを形成し、該1つ以上のLEDは前記ベース金属基板に熱的に結合され、
前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上に、前記1つ以上のLEDに目標電流を供給するように構成された1つ以上のデバイスを形成し、該1つ以上のデバイスのうちの或るデバイスは、急勾配電圧波形を搬送するものであるとともに、前記局所遮蔽領域の少なくとも一部の上方に位置し、
前記第2のパターン形成された金属層上にDC電圧ノードを形成し、該DC電圧ノードは前記局所遮蔽領域に電気的に接続される、
ことを有する方法。 - 前記DC電圧ノードと前記局所遮蔽領域との間に導電ビアを形成し、該導電ビアは、前記第1のパターン形成された金属層と、前記第2の誘電体層と、前記第2のパターン形成された金属層との一部を貫いて延在する、
ことを更に有する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記局所遮蔽領域の外縁が、横方向に、前記急勾配電圧波形を搬送する前記デバイスの外縁の外側を延在する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記DC電圧ノードは、前記局所遮蔽領域の少なくとも一部の上方に位置する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のLEDの下方の前記第1のパターン形成された金属層の部分は、前記局所遮蔽領域を含まない、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記急勾配電圧波形を搬送する前記デバイスは、AC電圧入力から矩形波電圧波形を生成するスイッチングトランジスタを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記DC電圧ノードはグランドに電気的に結合される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記DC電圧ノードは正のDC電圧源に電気的に結合される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記局所遮蔽領域の外縁が、横方向に、前記DC電圧ノードの外縁の外側を延在する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース金属基板はヒートシンクに熱的に結合される、請求項11記載の方法。
