Claims (7)
- 2つのスイッチ素子(T1,T2)と、中間回路コンデンサ素子(C 1 )と、回路基板(8)とを有し、前記回路基板(8)により前記スイッチ素子(T1,T2)と前記中間回路コンデンサ素子(C 1 )とが接続されてハーフブリッジを構成している、コンバータ用のハーフブリッジ装置であって、
前記回路基板(8)が、絶縁体(21)によって絶縁されて重ね合わされた少なくとも4つの導体路層(11,12,13,14)を有し、該導電路層(11,12,13,14)は、最上層の第1導体路層(11)が正電位(DC+)、その下の第2導体路層(12)が負電位(DC−)、その下の第3導体路層(13)が正電位(DC+)、最下層の第4導体路層(14)が負電位(DC−)にそれぞれ置かれ、
前記中間回路コンデンサ素子(C 1 )を構成する2つのコンデンサ素子(C 11 ,C 12 )が設けられ、
前記2つのスイッチ素子(T 1 ,T 2 )のうちの第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )及び前記2つのコンデンサ素子(C 11 ,C 12 )のうちの第1コンデンサ素子(C 11 )が前記第1導体路層(11)上に配置されると共に、前記2つのスイッチ素子(T 1 ,T 2 )のうちの第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )及び前記2つのコンデンサ素子(C 11 ,C 12 )のうちの第2コンデンサ素子(C 12 )が前記第4導体路層(14)上に配置され、
前記第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )のソース(S)と前記第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )のドレイン(D)とがコネクタ(6)により接続され、
前記第1〜第4導体路層(11,12,13,14)の間を適宜接続する別の複数のコネクタ(6)が設けられており、
転流事象中に前記回路基板(8)内に少なくとも2つの反対向きの双極子(δ + ,δ − )が生じるように、前記第1導体路層(11)上の前記第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )及び前記第1コンデンサ素子(C 11 )と、前記第4導体路層(14)上の前記第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )及び前記第2コンデンサ素子(C 12 )とが配置されている、ハーフブリッジ装置。 - 前記第1〜第4導体路層(11,12,13,14)を通じて転流事象中に少なくとも4つの並列の転流回路(KK1,KK2,KK3,KK4)が生じ、
そのうちの第1の転流回路(KK 1 )において電流は、前記第1コンデンサ素子(C 11 )の負側の極から、前記第2導体路層(12)を経て前記第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )のソース(S)へ向かい、そして該第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )のドレイン(D)から前記第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )のソース(S)へ向かい、該第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )のドレイン(D)を経て前記第1コンデンサ素子(C 11 )の正側の極へ戻る、請求項1に記載のハーフブリッジ装置。 - 前記転流回路(KK 1 ,KK 2 ,KK 3 ,KK 4 )のうちの第3の転流回路(KK 3 )において電流は、前記第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )のドレイン(D)からソース(S)を経て前記第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )のドレイン(D)へ向かい、そして該第2スイッチ素子(T 2 )のソース(S)から前記第2コンデンサ素子(C 12 )を通り、第1導体路層(11)を経て前記第1スイッチ素子(T 1 )のドレイン(D)へ戻る、請求項2に記載のハーフブリッジ装置。
- ドライバ素子(TR1,TR2)を有し、該ドライバ素子(TR1,TR2)の主電流のドライバ電流方向(19)が転流事象中の主電流の転流電流方向(18)に対し交差するように、前記ドライバ素子(TR1,TR2)が配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハーフブリッジ装置。
- ハーフブリッジの中間タップが前記回路基板(8)の面積の5%よりも小さく形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハーフブリッジ装置。
- 前記導体路層(11,12,13,14)の銅充填率を高めることにより放熱効果を向上させてある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハーフブリッジ装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハーフブリッジ装置を有するコンバータ。
