Abstract
Description
(a)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、少なくとも40重量%のGTL基油と、
(b)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、5〜25重量%のアルキルベンゼンまたはアルキルナフタレンと、
(c)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、0.1〜20重量%の粘度指数改善剤と、を含み、
潤滑流体が、50〜1000の範囲の粘度指数、及び−30℃未満の流動点を有する、潤滑流体を提供する。
実施例1のショックアブソーバー流体及び2種の商業用ショックアブソーバー流体(比較例1及び比較例2)を試験した。表2は、試験された特性、使用された試験方法、ならびに実施例1、比較例1、及び比較例2の結果を示している。
Claims (8)
- 潤滑流体であって、
(a)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、少なくとも40重量%のGTL基油と、
(b)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、5〜25重量%のアルキルベンゼンまたはアルキルナフタレンと、
(c)前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、0.1〜20重量%の粘度指数改善剤と、を含み、
前記潤滑流体が、50〜1000の範囲の粘度指数、及び
−30℃未満の流動点を有する、潤滑流体。 - 50〜90重量%の範囲でGTL基油を含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑流体。
- 線状及び/または分岐状アルキル基を有する一または二置換された5〜25重量%のアルキルベンゼンの混合物を含み、前記アルキル基がC6〜C20アルキル基である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の潤滑流体。
- 前記粘度指数改善剤が、メタクリレート、ブタジエン、オレフィン、またはアルキル化スチレンのポリマー及びコポリマーから選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑流体。
- 金属含有または金属非含有アルキルチオホスフェートを前記潤滑流体の約0.4重量%〜約1.4重量%の量で含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑流体。
- アクリルコポリマーまたは脂肪アミンエトキシレートを前記潤滑流体の重量を基準として、0.1重量%未満の量で含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑流体。
- ショックアブソーバーにおける請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑流体の使用。
- 請求項7に記載のショックアブソーバーを含む車両。
