Claims (16)
- 電解質材料であって、
25℃において1×107Paを超える弾性係数を有し、かつ複数の第1の重合体ブロックを含む第1の領域と、
前記電解質材料のイオン伝導性部を形成し、かつ前記第1の領域に隣接している第2の領域であって、
複数の第2の重合体ブロック及び塩、ならびに
第3の重合体の架橋された相互侵入網目体を含む、第2の領域と
を含む、電解質材料。 - 前記第1の領域及び前記第2の領域が層状の領域である、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記電解質材料が、90℃において、少なくとも1×10‐5Scm‐1のイオン伝導性を有する、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記電解質材料が、ジブロック共重合体又はトリブロック共重合体のいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記第2の領域が、前記電解質材料の少なくとも50%の体積から成る、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記第2の領域が、前記電解質材料の少なくとも75%の体積から成る、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 第1の重合体が、ポリスチレン、水素化ポリスチレン、ポリメタクリレート、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、ポリビニルピリジン、ポリビニルシクロヘキサン、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリ(2,6‐ジメチル‐1,4‐フェニレンオキシド)(PXE)、ポリオレフィン、ポリ(t‐ブチルビニルエーテル)、ポリ(シクロヘキシルメタクリレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキシルビニルエーテル)、ポリエチレン、ポリ(フェニレンオキシド)、ポリ(フェニレンスルフィドスルホン)、ポリ(フェニレンスルフィドケトン)、ポリ(フェニレンスルフィドアミド)、ポリスルホン、ポリフルオロカーボン、及びスチレン、メタクリレートル、及び/又はビニルピリジンを含む共重合体から成る群から選択される1つ又はそれ以上である、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 第2の重合体が、ポリエーテル、ポリアミン、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、アルキルカーボネート、ポリニトリル、ポリシロキサン、ポリホスファジン、ポリオレフィン、ポリジエン、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される1つ又はそれ以上である、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 第2の重合体が、イオン伝導性櫛形重合体を含み、前記櫛形重合体が主鎖及びペンダント基を含む、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記主鎖が、ポリシロキサン、ポリホスファジン、ポリエーテル、ポリジエン、ポリオレフィン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、及びこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される1つ又はそれ以上を含む、請求項9に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記ペンダント基が、オリゴエーテル、置換オリゴエーテル、ニトリル基、スルホン、チオール、ポリエーテル、ポリアミン、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、アルキルカーボネート、ポリニトリル、その他の極性基、及びこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される1つ又はそれ以上を含む、請求項9に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記第3の重合体が前記第2の重合体と混和性を有し、前記第3の重合体は、ポリ(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート‐ブロック‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)、ポリ[アリルアミン‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]、ポリ[オキシジフェニレン‐ピロメリトイミド‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]、ポリ[フタルイミド‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル]、ポリ(ビニレンカーボネート‐b‐ビニルメチルシロキサン)、ポリ(ビニレンカーボネート‐b‐ジビニルシロキサン)、ポリ[アクリロニトリル‐b‐(スチレン‐コ‐アリロキシルスチレン)]、ポリ(アクリロニトリル‐b‐イソプレン)、ポリ(ビニルメチルシロキサン‐b‐エチレンオキシド)、ポリ[ジメチルシロキサン‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]、ポリ[ホスファジン‐グラフト‐(エチレン‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]、ポリ(ジビニルホスファジン‐グラフト‐エチレンオキサイド)、ポリ[イソプレン‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]、及びポリ[エチレン‐b‐(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)]から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 前記第2の重合体がPEOを含み、前記第3の重合体がポリ(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)を含む、請求項1に記載の電解質材料。
- 電解質材料であって、
25℃において1×107Paを超える弾性係数を有し、かつ複数の第1の重合体ブロックを含む第1の領域と、
前記電解質材料のイオン伝導性部を形成し、かつ前記第1の領域に隣接する第2の領域であって、
複数のPEO重合体ブロック及び塩、ならびに
ポリ(エチレンオキシド‐コ‐アリルグリシジルエーテル)の架橋された相互侵入網目体を含む、第2の領域と
を含む電解質材料。 - 前記第2の領域が、前記電解質材料の少なくとも75%の体積から成る、請求項14に記載の電解質材料。
- 第1の電解質及び正極材料を含む正極と、
リチウム金属又はリチウム合金を含む負極と、
前記正極と前記負極との間にある第2の電解質であって、前記正極と前記負極との間のイオンの伝達及び分離を提供し、かつ請求項1に記載の電解質材料を含む第2の電解質と
を含む、電池。
