- ウェザーストリップ組立体であって、
ボディーを備え、
前記ボディーは、
前記ボディーに強度と剛性を提供するための第1の金属から形成されたキャリアと、
前記第1の金属とは異なる第2の金属から形成された露出面であって、前記第2の金属は前記ウェザーシール組立体の露出面として少なくとも部分的に機能する、露出面と、
前記第1の金属および前記第2の金属のうちの一方の部分上にのみに受け止められた分離性の電気的低導電層であって、前記第1の金属および前記第2の金属のうちの前記一方の前記部分は、前記第2の金属および前記第1の金属のうちの他方の部分と隣接して配置され、前記第1の金属と前記第2の金属との間で電気的接触にさらされる可能性のある、分離性の電気的低導電層と、
を少なくとも部分的に含む、
ウェザーストリップ組立体。 - 前記電気的低導電層は前記第1の金属に適用される、請求項1に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は前記第1の金属の選択された部分上に押出しされる、請求項2に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層はオレフィン系ポリマーである、請求項3に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は約0.1mmから約0.2mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項4に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は約0.2mmの最小厚さを有する、請求項4に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は前記第2の金属に適用される、請求項4に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は前記第1の金属の選択された部分上に押出しされる、請求項7に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層はオレフィン系ポリマーである、請求項8に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は約0.1mmから約0.2mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項7に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 前記電気的低導電層は約0.2mmの最小厚さを有する、請求項7に記載のウェザーストリップ組立体。
- 第1の金属をウェザーストリップ組立体内に組み込まれる異種の第2の金属から分離する方法であって、前記方法は、
ウェザーストリップ組立体ボディーを形成するステップを含み、
前記ウェザーストリップ組立体ボディーを形成するステップは、
前記ボディーに強度と剛性を提供するために第1の金属から形成されたキャリアを提供するステップと、
前記第1の金属とは異なる第2の金属を提供するステップであって、前記第2の金属は前記ウェザーストリップ組立体の露出面として少なくとも部分的に機能する、ステップと、
前記第2の金属の部分に隣接して配置され、電気的接触にさらされる可能性のある前記第1の金属の部分を、電気的低導電層で分離するステップと、
を含む、
方法。 - 前記分離するステップは、前記第1の金属および前記第2の金属のうちの一方の部分上にのみ、分離性の電気的低導電層を適用するステップを含み、前記第1の金属および前記第2の金属のうちの前記一方の前記部分は、前記第2の金属および前記第1の金属のうちの他方の部分に隣接して配置されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電気的低導電層を適用するステップは、前記層を前記第1の金属または前記第2の金属のいずれかの選択された部分上に押出しするステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 分離するステップは、前記電気的低導電層としてオレフィン系ポリマーを使用するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分離するステップは、約0.1mmから約0.2mmの範囲の厚さで前記層を適用するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分離するステップは、約0.2mm以上の厚さで前記層を適用するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分離するステップは、前記第2の金属が上に取り付けられている前記第1の金属の部分に前記層を適用するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記適用するステップは、前記電気的低導電層としてオレフィン系ポリマーを0.2mmの最小厚さで押出しするステップを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記適用するステップは、前記電気的低導電層としてオレフィン系ポリマーを約0.1mmから約0.2mmの範囲の厚さで押出しするステップを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
