Abstract
Description
「ポリオール−1」は、Stephan CompanyからSTEPANOL(商標)CP3152Polyolとして入手可能な、当量が1954のジエチレングリコール−無水フタル酸系ポリエステルポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−2」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからVORANOL220−260Polyolとして入手可能な、OH価が265mg KOH/gの名目上の425Mwのホモポリマージオールであり、
「ポリオール−3」は、Dow Chemical CompanyからSPECFLEX(商標)NC−701ポリオールとして入手可能な、40重量%の共重合スチレン及びアクリロニトリル固形分、ならびに22mg KOH/gのOH価を含有するグラフト化ポリエーテルポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−4」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからVORANOL4701ポリオールとして入手可能な、OH価が34mg KOH/gの名目上の4800MwのEOでキャップされたトリオであり、
「ポリオール−5」はThe Dow Chemical CompanyからVORANOL360Polyolとして入手可能な、OH価が360KOH/gの名目上の724Mwの4.5官能性スクロース/グリセリン開始ポリエーテルポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−6」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからVORANOL391ポリオールとして入手可能な、OH価が391KOH/gの名目上の575Mwの4官能性芳香族アミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールであり、
「SPI847」は、Specialty Productsから入手可能な、ビス(2−ジエチルアミノエチル)エーテル第三級アミン触媒であり、
「T−403」は、POとトリオール開始剤との反応、続いて、HuntsmanからJEFFAMINE(商標)T403として入手可能な、末端ヒドロキシル基のアミノ化によって調製されたトリアミン架橋剤であり、
「TEGOSTAB(商標)B8404」は、Evonik Industries/Goldschmidt Chemical Corporationから入手可能な、硬質ポリウレタン発泡体に使用されるポリシリコーン界面活性剤であり、
「Odor」は、匂いを低減するためのアミン中和剤である。
「MDI」は、30.4%のNCO、及びThe Dow Chemical CompanyからPAPI(商標)20Isocyanateとして入手可能な、イソシアネート当量が138の3.2官能性ポリマーMDIであり、
「DINP」は、ジイソノニルフタレートであり、
「TEGOSTAB B8870」は、Evonik Industries/Goldschmidt Chemical Corporationから入手可能な、硬質ポリウレタン発泡体に使用されるポリシリコーン界面活性剤であり、
「DABCO DC−198」は、Air Productsから入手可能な、高効率シリコーングリコールコポリマー界面活性剤である。
1.電子被覆された金属パネルから100mm平方×300mm長のボックスセクションを準備する。
2.パネルを100〜150gの発泡体で満たし、室温で24時間硬化させる。
3.発泡体から金属を差し引いた重量を決定し、記録する。
4.アセンブリを38℃、100%RHに10日間曝露する。
5.取り出し、24時間、23℃、50%RHで順化し、泡の重量を決定する。
水吸着=(泡の湿重量湿式−泡の乾燥重量)/泡の乾燥重量)×100
3.4.4.1 121±2℃で20分 10.0%
3.4.4.2 102±2℃で7日間 5.0%
3.4.4.3 −15℃で7日間 5.0%

Claims (6)
- 半硬質ポリウレタン発泡体を形成するプロセスであって、前記半硬質ポリウレタン発泡体が、
a)A側であって、
i)ポリマーMDIブレンド65〜85重量%、
ii)可塑剤10〜35重量%、
及び
iii)第1のA側界面活性剤0.2〜1.5重量%、を含み、
前記A側の重量パーセントが前記A側の総重量に基づく、A側と、
b)B側であって、
i)少なくとも40%の固形分を含有するコポリマーポリオール10〜40重量%、
ii)3以上の官能価を有するポリエーテルポリオール10〜40重量%、
iii)自己触媒性芳香族ポリオール10〜25重量%、
iv)第三級アミン触媒1〜10重量%、
v)第1のB側界面活性剤0.5〜2重量%、
及び
vi)水5〜15重量%、を含み、
前記B側の重量パーセントが前記B側の総重量に基づく、B側と、の反応生成物を含み、
前記プロセスが、
A)前記A側及び前記B側を、130°F以下の温度で、1:1〜5:1の(A側):(B側)の体積比で混合することによって反応性ブレンドを形成するステップと、
B)得られた反応性ブレンドを、前記反応性ブレンドを硬化させるのに十分な条件に供して、半硬質ポリウレタン発泡体を形成するステップと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記B側が、
vii)架橋剤2〜6重量%を更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記ポリマーMDIブレンドa)i)が、18〜25%のNCO範囲を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の界面活性剤a)iii)が、有機ケイ素である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の有機ケイ素界面活性剤とは異なるiv)第2の有機ケイ素界面活性剤0.2〜1.5重量%を更に含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半硬質ポリウレタン発泡体が、自動車の騒音及び振動吸収用途に使用される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
