Abstract
Description
(a)少なくとも1種類の液体有機ポリイソシアネートと、
(b)ポリオール組成物であって、
(b1)2から8の官能価、及び15から200のヒドロキシル価を有する0から98重量%のポリオール化合物と、
(b2)2から8の官能価、15から200のヒドロキシル価を有し、自触媒機能を付与する少なくとも1つの第3級アミン基を含有する重量基準で2から100のポリオール化合物とを含み、
上記重量%がポリオール組成物(b)の総量を基準にしているポリオール組成物と、
(c)環状構造を有し、モル基準で80%以下が酸でブロックされている少なくとも1種類のゲル化アミン触媒の存在下、
(d)発泡剤としての水の存在下、及び
(e)場合により、ポリウレタンフォームの製造においてそれ自体知られている添加剤、触媒、又は助剤と、
の混合物の反応によって、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法に関する。
本発明の自触媒性ポリマーとともに使用することができるイソシアネートとしては、脂肪族、脂環式、アリール脂肪族、及び芳香族のイソシアネートが挙げられる。芳香族イソシアネート、特に芳香族ポリイソシアネートが好ましい。
DEOAは、水中85%ジエタノールアミンである。
ナイアックス(Niax)Y−10184は、ゼネラル・エレクトリック(General Electric)より入手可能なシリコーン型界面活性剤である。
ダブコ(Dabco)DC 5169は、エア・プロダクツ・アンド・ケミカルズ・インコーポレイテッド(Air Products and Chemicals Inc.)より入手可能なシリコーン型界面活性剤である。
ダブコ(Dabco)33LVは、エア・プロダクツ・アンド・ケミカルズ・インコーポレイテッドより入手可能な第3級アミン触媒である。
ダブコ(DABCO)8154は、エア・プロダクツ・アンド・ケミカルズ・インコーポレイテッドより入手可能な独自開発の酸でブロックされたゲル化第3級アミンである。
ナイアックスA−1は、ゼネラル・エレクトリックより入手可能な第3級アミン触媒である。
ナイアックスA−300は、ゼネラル・エレクトリックより入手可能な独自開発の酸でブロックされたゲル化第3級アミン触媒である。
ナイアックスA−400は、ゼネラル・エレクトリックより入手可能な独自開発の酸でブロックされた発泡第3級アミン触媒である。
サリチル酸は、アルドリッチ(Aldrich)より入手可能なカルボン酸である。
ポリオールAは、3,3’−ジアミノ−N−メチルジプロピルアミンで反応開始し、15%のエチレンオキシドでキャップした1,700当量(EW)のプロポキシル化テトロールである。
ポリオールBは、3,3’−ジアミノ−N−メチルジプロピルアミンで反応開始し、20%のエチレンオキシドでキャップした1,700当量(EW)のプロポキシル化テトロールである。
スペクフレックス(SPECFLEX)NC632は、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニー(Dow Chemical Company)より入手可能な、グリセロール及びソルビトールのブレンドで反応開始した1,700EWのポリオキシプロピレンポリオキシエチレンポリオールである。
スペクフレックス(Specflex)NC−630は、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーより入手可能な、グリセロール及びスクロースのブレンドで反応開始した1,700EWのポリオキシプロピレンポリオキシエチレンポリオールである。
ボラノール(Voranol)4053は、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーより入手可能な、気泡開放剤(cell opener)として使用される高EO含有ヘキソールである。
スペクフレックス(SPECFLEX)NC−700は、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーより入手可能な、平均ヒドロキシル価が20の40%SAN型コポリマーポリオールである。
ボラネート(VORANATE)T−80は、ダウ・ケミカル・カンパニーより入手可能なTDI80/20イソシアネートである。
酸でブロックされたゲル化環状アミン触媒(c)の調製:
88.83gの水に、10.16g(又は0.0299mmol TEDA)のダブコ33LVを加える。このブレンドを室温で撹拌して、均一ブレンドを得る。次に、撹拌しながら1.01g(又は0.0073mmol)のサリチル酸をゆっくりと溶解させる。わずかな発熱の後、室温で冷却すると均一溶液が得られる。この実施例1aは本発明の一部ではない。これは、モル基準で、約12.2%又は24.4%のアミンブロックに対応する。
ポリオールマスターバッチの調製:

Claims (13)
- (a)少なくとも1種類の液体有機ポリイソシアネートと、
(b)ポリオール組成物であって、
(b1)2から8の官能価、及び15から200のヒドロキシル価を有する0から98重量%のポリオール化合物と、
(b2)2から8の官能価、15から200のヒドロキシル価を有し、自触媒機能を付与する少なくとも1つの第3級アミン基を含有する重量基準で2から100のポリオール化合物とを含み、
上記重量%がポリオール組成物(b)の総量を基準にしているポリオール組成物と、
(c)環状構造を有し、モル基準で80%以下が酸でブロックされている少なくとも1種類のゲル化アミン触媒の存在下、
(d)発泡剤としての水の存在下、及び
(e)場合により、ポリウレタンフォームの製造においてそれ自体知られている添加剤、触媒、又は助剤と、
の混合物の反応によって、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法。 - ポリオール(b2)が、N−アルキル、N,N−ジアルキルアミノ基、又はそれらの混合物を有する開始剤のアルキレンオキシド付加体であり、前記アルキル基がC1からC3アルキル基である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリオール(b2)が、N−メチル、N,N−ジメチルアミノ基、又はそれらの混合物を有する開始剤のアルキレンオキシド付加体である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ポリオール(b2)が、N,N−ジアルキル−グルシジルアミン(glcidylamine)でキャップされたヒドロキシル末端ポリオールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化アミン触媒(c)が、トリエチレンジアミン、3−ヒドロキシメチルキヌクリジン、3−キヌクリジノール、イミダゾール、1,2−ジメチルイミダゾール、1−メチルイミダゾール、2−メチル−2−イミダゾロン、1,5−ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)ノナ−エン、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデカ−7−エン、N,N’−ジメチルピペラジン、2,4−ジアミノ−6−メチル−1,3,5−トリアジン、ジメチルベンジルアミン、N−メチルピロリドン、N−ビニルピロリドン、N−アミノプロピル−ピロリジン、N−メチルモルホリン、N−エチルモルホリン、ジメチルシクロヘキシルアミン、又はそれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化アミン触媒(c)が、トリエチレンジアミン、1,2−ジメチルイミダゾール、1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデカ−7−エン、3−ヒドロキシメチルキヌクリジンである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化アミン触媒が、有機酸、アミノ酸、又は非有機酸で部分的にブロックされている請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化アミン触媒が、カルボン酸を含む有機酸で部分的にブロックされている請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記有機酸が1又はそれ以上のヒドロキシル基をさらに含有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記有機酸がサリチル(salicyclic)酸又はグリコール酸又はグルコン酸である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲル化アミン触媒は、モル基準で50%以下が酸でブロックされている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 先行請求項のいずれか1項によって製造された可撓性フォーム。
- ポリオール組成物であって、(b1)2から8の官能価、及び15から200のヒドロキシル価を有する0から98重量%のポリオール化合物と、
(b2)2から8の官能価、15から200のヒドロキシル価を有し、自触媒機能を付与する少なくとも1つの第3級アミン基を含有する重量基準で2から100のポリオール化合物と(上記重量%はポリオール組成物(b)の総量を基準にしている)を、
(c)環状構造を有し、モル基準で80%以下が酸でブロックされている少なくとも1種類のゲル化アミン触媒の存在下で含む、ポリオール組成物。
