Abstract
Description
本発明は、リチウム金属層;
前記リチウム金属層上に形成され、前記リチウム金属層との界面を維持させる第1保護層;
前記第1保護層上に形成され、デンドライトの成長を物理的に抑制する第2保護層;及び
前記第2保護層上に形成され、前記第2保護層の構造を支持する第3保護層;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極を提供する。
デンドライト成長抑制層、単一イオン伝導層及び重合体層からなる群から独立に選択された3つ以上の層;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極を提供する。
前記リチウム金属層110上に形成され、前記リチウム金属層110との界面を維持させる第1保護層120;
前記第1保護層120上に形成され、デンドライトの成長を物理的に抑制する第2保護層130;及び
前記第2保護層130上に形成され、前記第2保護層130の構造を支持する第3保護層140;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極100を提供する。
デンドライト成長抑制層、単一イオン伝導層及び重合体層からなる群から独立的に選択された3つ以上の層;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極100を提供する。
厚さ20μmのリチウム金属板の負極上にHFP 20重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第1保護層、LiPONを含む第2保護層及びHFP 5重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第3保護層形成した。
厚さ20μmのリチウム金属板の負極上にポリウレタンを含む第1保護層、LiPONを含む第2保護層及びHFP 5重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第3保護層を形成した。
厚さ20μmのリチウム金属板の負極上にHFP 20重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第1保護層、LiBONを含む第2保護層及びHFP 5重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第3保護層を形成した。
厚さ20μmのリチウム金属板の負極上にHFP 20重量%のPVdF−HFPを含む第1保護層、LiPONを含む第2保護層及びポリウレタンを含む第3保護層を形成した。
前記実施例1で第1保護層、第2保護層及び第3保護層を製造及びコーティングしないことを除いて、前記実施例1の過程と同様に製造した。
前記実施例1で第1保護層を製造及びコーティングしないことを除いて前記実施例1の過程と同様に製造した。
前記実施例1で第2保護層を製造及びコーティングしないことを除いて前記実施例1の過程と同様に製造した。
前記実施例1で第3保護層を製造及びコーティングしないことを除いて前記実施例1の過程と同様に製造した。
前記実施例1〜4及び比較例で製造された各電池に対して性能評価を行った。この時、充電及び放電条件は、次のとおりである。
充電:律速0.2C、電圧4.25V、CC/CV(5% current cut at1C)
放電:律速0.5C、電圧3V、CC

Claims (10)
- リチウム金属層;
前記リチウム金属層上に形成され、前記リチウム金属層との界面を維持させる第1保護層;
前記第1保護層上に形成され、デンドライトの成長を物理的に抑制する第2保護層;及び
前記第2保護層上に形成され、前記第2保護層の構造を支持する第3保護層;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極。 - 前記第1保護層は、イオン伝導度が10−7S/Cm以上で、電解液吸収度が150重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 前記第1保護層は、PVdF−HFP高分子、ポリウレタン系高分子及びポリアクリル系高分子からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 前記第2保護層は、ヤング率が5GPa以上で、Liイオン伝導度が10−7S/Cm以上であり、電解液吸収度が150重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 前記第2保護層は、LiPON、LiBON、酸化ジルコニウム、β−アルミナ、LISICON系化合物、Li2S−P2S5系化合物、Li3N、LiI、Li5NI2、Li3N−LiI−LiOH、LiSiO4、LiSiO4−LiI−LiOH、Li2SiS3、Li4SiO4、Li4SiO4−LiI−LiOH、Li2S、Li2S−SiS2、Li2S−GeS2、Li2S−B2S5、Li2S−Al2S2、Li2O−Al2O3−TiO2−P2O5、CaF2、AgI、RbAg4I5、PVdF−HFP高分子、ポリウレタン系高分子、ポリプロピレン系高分子及びポリカーボネート系高分子からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 前記第3保護層は、イオン伝導度が10−5S/Cm以上で、電解液吸収度が150重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 前記第3保護層は、PVdF−HFP高分子、ポリウレタン系高分子及びポリアクリル系高分子からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- リチウム金属層;及び
デンドライト成長抑制層、単一イオン伝導層及び重合体層からなる群から独立的に選択された3つ以上の層;を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極。 - 前記デンドライト成長抑制層は、PVdF−HFP高分子、LiPON、LiBON、ポリウレタン系高分子、ポリプロピレン系高分子及びポリカーボネート系高分子からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の負極を含むリチウム二次電池。
