・注ぎ開口部14を閉鎖または密封し、使用中に容易に引き裂かれるようになっているより小さな断面の環状膜16によって注ぎ口12に一体的に接続された閉鎖要素15と、
・閉鎖要素15によって閉鎖された領域とは異なる領域で注ぎ開口部14を閉鎖または密封するために注ぎ口12のネック部分13に取り外し可能に取り付けられたクロージャ18と
を基本的に含む。
Claims (16)
- 開封装置(1)用の溶接促進要素であって、前記溶接促進要素が、前記開封装置(1)の注ぎ開口部(14)を閉鎖する閉鎖要素(10)に蓋(25)を接続するために前記開封装置(1)の前記蓋(25)に挿入可能であり、シート要素(31)を含み、前記シート要素(31)が、導電性材料の層(32)と、前記層(32)の両側に配置された、ヒートシール可能なプラスチック材料の第1層(33)と、ヒートシール可能なプラスチック材料の第2層(34)とを含む溶接促進要素において、前記層(32)が5〜15μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有し、前記第1層(33)および第2層(34)のそれぞれが、10〜50μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有することを特徴とする溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層(33)および第2層(34)のそれぞれが15〜30μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層(33)および前記第2層(34)が、ポリエチレン系材料、ポリプロピレン系材料を含む群の中で選択されるヒートシール可能なプラスチック材料から作られる、請求項1または2に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 接着剤が、前記層(32)と前記第1層(33)との間、および前記層(32)と前記第2層(34)との間に置かれ、それにより、それぞれ、前記層(32)と前記第1層(33)との間、および前記層(32)と前記第2層(34)との間の接着力を高めるようにする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記接着剤がポリウレタン系接着剤である、請求項4に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層(33)が、第1層の要素(51)およびさらなる第1層の要素(52)を含み、前記さらなる第1層の要素(52)が、前記第1層の要素(51)と前記層(32)との間に配置され、前記第2層(34)が、第2層の要素(53)およびさらなる第2層の要素(54)を含み、前記さらなる第2層の要素(54)が、前記第2層の要素(53)と前記層(32)との間に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層の要素(51)および第2層の要素(53)のそれぞれが、5〜40μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有し、前記さらなる第1層の要素(52)およびさらなる第2層の要素(54)のそれぞれが、5〜10μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層の要素(51)および第2層の要素(53)のそれぞれが、10〜20μmの範囲に含まれる厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層の要素(51)および前記第2層の要素(53)が低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)から作られ、前記さらなる第1層の要素(52)およびさらなる第2層の要素(54)が線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)から作られる、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記層(32)が12μmの厚さを有し、前記第1層の要素(51)が18μmの厚さを有し、前記さらなる第1層の要素(52)が7μmの厚さを有し、前記第2層の要素(53)が18μmの厚さを有し、前記さらなる第2の要素が7μmの厚さを有する、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記溶接促進要素が、前記層(32)に関して対称である構造を有し、前記第1層(33)が前記第2層(34)と同じ厚さを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層が前記第2層と同じヒートシール可能なプラスチック材料から作られる、請求項11に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記第1層の要素(51)が前記第2層の要素(53)と同じ厚さを有し、前記さらなる第1層(52)が前記さらなる第2層(54)と同じ厚さを有する、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に従属する場合の請求項11に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 前記層(32)がエンボス加工されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素。
- 容器の開封装置(1)用のクロージャであって、前記クロージャ(18)が、前記開封装置(1)の注ぎ口(12)に取り付けられるように適合された蓋(25)と、前記蓋(25)を前記開封装置(1)の閉鎖要素(15)に接続するように適合された溶接促進要素(26)とを含み、前記溶接促進要素(26)が前記蓋(25)と別個のものであり、前記蓋(25)に永久的に接続され、前記溶接促進要素(26)が請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素(26)である、クロージャ。
- 容器(100)用の開封装置(1)であって、使用中に前記容器(100)の内容物を注ぐための注ぎ開口部(14)を画定する注ぎ口(12)と、前記注ぎ開口部(14)を閉鎖し、前記注ぎ口(12)と一体に形成され、壊れやすい接続手段(16)によって前記注ぎ口(12)に接続された閉鎖要素(15)と、前記閉鎖要素(15)によって閉鎖される領域と異なるその領域で前記注ぎ開口部(14)を閉鎖するために取り外し可能な方法で前記注ぎ口(12)に取り付けられたクロージャ(18)とを含み、前記閉鎖要素(15)が、前記注ぎ開口部(14)を通って延在しかつ前記クロージャ(18)に溶接された突出部分(24)と一体に形成され、前記開封装置が蓋(25)と、前記蓋(25)を前記突出部分(24)に接続する溶接促進要素(26)とを含み、前記溶接促進要素(26)が前記蓋(25)と別個のものであり、前記蓋(25)に永久的に接続され、前記溶接促進要素(26)が請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の溶接促進要素(26)である、開封装置(1)。
