前記オープニングデバイス(1)は、
− 使用時に前記容器の内容物を注ぐために用いられる注ぎ口開口(14)を規定する注ぎ口(12)と;
− 前記注ぎ口開口(14)を閉鎖する閉鎖要素(15)であって、前記注ぎ口(12)と一体構造で形成され、かつ破損可能な接続手段(16)によって前記注ぎ口(12)に接続される、閉鎖要素(15)と;
− 前記注ぎ口開口(14)を、その領域のうち前記閉鎖要素(15)によって閉鎖される領域とは異なる領域において閉鎖するために、取り外し可能な様式で、前記注ぎ口(12)に係合されるクロージャ(18)と;
を備えており、
前記閉鎖要素(15)は、突出部分(24)と一体構造で形成されており、
前記突出部分(24)は、前記閉鎖要素(15)と前記クロージャ(18)との間において前記注ぎ口開口(14)を通って延在し、かつ前記閉鎖要素(15)から離れた位置で前記クロージャ(18)に溶着され、
前記クロージャ(18)は、蓋(25)と、前記蓋(25)を前記突出部分(24)に接続するための溶着促進要素(26)を備え、

前記容器の前記カバー部分(10)の内側面(10a)に前記閉鎖要素(15)が形成されるオープニングデバイス。 - 前記カバー部分(10)の前記内側面(10a)と反対側の面(10b)に前記注ぎ口が形成される請求項2記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記クロージャ(18)は、蓋(25)と、前記蓋(25)を前記突出部分(24)に接続するための溶着促進要素(26)と、を備え、
前記溶着促進要素(26)はシート要素(31)を備え、前記シート要素(31)は、導電材料からなる層(32)を含み、かつ前記導電材料からなる層(32)での電流の誘起によって発生する熱によって前記突出部分(24)に溶着されるよう構成された第1の面(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のオープニングデバイス。 - 前記シート要素(31)は、前記導電材料からなる層(32)の両面に配置されるヒートシールプラスチック材料からなる第1および第2の層(34,33)をさらに備えており;
ヒートシールプラスチック材料からなる前記第1の層(34)は、前記第1の面(36)を規定し、かつヒートシールプラスチック材料からなる前記第2の層(33)は、前記第1の面(36)とは反対側の、前記シート要素(31)の第2の面(35)を規定することを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載のオープニングデバイス。 - 前記閉鎖要素(15)は、前記注ぎ口(12)の一方の端部(22)を閉鎖し、かつ前記クロージャ(18)は、前記注ぎ口(12)の反対側の端部(23)を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記注ぎ口(12)および前記閉鎖要素(15)は、前記容器を形成するために折り曲げられ充填されかつシールされるよう構成されたシート状のパッケージング材料(3)に一体構造で成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記蓋(25)は、ねじタイプのものであり、かつ前記注ぎ口(12)にねじ連結されることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記蓋(25)は、前記注ぎ口(12)の前記注ぎ口開口(14)を閉鎖する端部壁(27)と、前記注ぎ口(12)の外側ねじ(30)にねじ連結される内側ねじ(29)を有する側壁(28)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記突出部分(24)は、前記閉鎖要素(15)と前記クロージャ(18)との間に延在する2つの脚(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のオープニングデバイス。
- 前記突出部分(24)は、前記溶着促進要素(26)に溶着された環状本体(37)を含み、前記環状本体(37)は、前記脚(38)の第1の端部(39)の各々に一体的に接続されており;かつ、
前記脚(38)は前記第1の端部(39)の反対側において個別の第2の端部(40)を有しており、かつ前記閉鎖要素(15)に一体的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のオープニングデバイス。 - 容器のオープニングデバイス(1)のためのクロージャ(18)であって、
