Description

用于容器的打开装置和用于生产这样的打开装置的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于容器的打开装置,具体地,针对用于包装可倾倒的食物产品的密封容器的打开装置,并且,涉及用于生产这样的打开装置的方法。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种打开装置,该打开装置设计成直接地施加于片状包装材料上,进而适于折叠,以可倾倒的食物产品填充,并且,进行密封,以形成完工的容器;本发明还具体地针对用于生产上文的施加于多层片状包装材料上的打开装置的方法。
背景技术
正如人们所知,许多可倾倒的食物产品,诸如果汁、UHT(经超高温处理的)牛奶、葡萄酒、番茄酱等,以由经杀菌的片状包装材料制成的容器出售。
这种容器的典型的示例是用于液体或可倾倒的食物产品的平行六面体形状的容器,该容器被称为TetraBrikAseptic(注册商标),通过将层合的带状包装材料折叠并密封而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,该多层结构大体上包括:提供刚度和强度的基础层,其可以包括纤维材料(例如纸)层或填充有矿物的聚丙烯材料层;和覆盖基础层的两侧的多个可热封塑性材料层合层,例如聚乙烯膜。
就用于长期储存产品,诸如UHT牛奶的无菌容器而言,包装材料还包括气体阻隔材料层,例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,气体阻隔材料层叠加于可热封塑性材料层上,进而被形成容器的最终接触食物产品的内表面的另一可热封塑性材料层覆盖。
通常在全自动包装机器上生产这类容器,在该包装机器上,由卷材进给式包装材料形成连续的管状物;例如通过涂敷诸如过氧化氢溶液之类的化学杀菌剂而在包装机器上对包装材料卷材进行杀菌,一旦完成杀菌,就将化学杀菌剂从包装材料的表面移除,例如通过加热而蒸发;然后,将这样杀菌的包装材料卷材维持于封闭的无菌环境下,并且,纵向地折叠且密封,以形成竖立的管状物。
以经杀菌的或经无菌处理的食物产品填充管状物,并且,将管状物密封,随后,沿着等距的横截面切割,以形成枕形包装,然后,将枕形包装机械地折叠,以形成相应的完工的例如大体上平行六面体形状的容器。
备选地,可以将包装材料切割成坯料,在成形主轴上将坯料成形为容器,并且,以食物产品填充容器并将容器密封。这种容器的一个示例是以商品名TetraRex(注册商标)为人所知的所谓的“屋顶型”容器。
为了打开上述的容器,提出了各种解决方案,包括可重新关闭的打开装置,该打开装置由塑性材料制成,并且,主要包括倾倒嘴,该倾倒嘴限定贯穿的倾倒开口,并安装到容器的壁部中的孔。
在生产打开装置时,由塑性封闭元件将倾倒嘴的开口密封,该封闭元件与倾倒嘴整体地连接,并且,可沿着截面较小的可撕开的环形隔膜与倾倒嘴分离;封闭元件以与包装材料相同的水平延伸,以便于将容器的壁部中的孔密封。
可移除的盖,例如拧紧的或铰接的盖能够安装到倾倒嘴,以从外部将倾倒嘴封闭,并且,允许在通过移除封闭元件而第一次打开之后,将容器封闭。
在EP-A-2508432中示出上面提到的打开装置的示例。在这种情况下,将倾倒嘴和封闭元件作为单件而直接地注入模制于包装材料中所形成的孔上,以便于将包装材料密封。
具体地,包装材料的设置有上面将形成倾倒嘴和封闭元件的孔的部分放置在处于打开配置的两个模具之间。然后,模具朝向包装材料位移,以达到封闭配置,在封闭配置下,模具与包装材料的相对的面部合作,并且,限定容纳上面提到的孔的封闭的模具腔。将熔融的塑性材料注入由处于封闭配置的模具限定的模具腔中,由此,执行注入模制操作。更具体地,迫使熔融的塑性材料完全地填充模具腔,以便于形成倾倒嘴和封闭元件。
随后,将盖安装到倾倒嘴,以在倾倒开口的与被封闭元件封闭的区域不同的区域,将倾倒开口封闭。
具体地,在将倾倒嘴封闭的位置,盖具有降下的端壁,端壁插入倾倒嘴内,并且,放置成与封闭元件接触。盖还在盖的与封闭元件接触的底面具有导电层。
然后,通过感应加热焊接操作而将盖焊接到封闭元件。更详细地,在盖的导电层中感应电流,以便于生成局部热,局部热适于使接触的表面的塑性材料熔融,然后,在经焊接的条件下,使该塑性材料凝固。
还详细说明,导电层可以设置于封闭元件中,以代替设置于盖中。
打开装置的所描述的解决方案许可通过仅仅将盖提起而利用单步骤来不太费力地打开容器。在该移动的期间,对紧固到盖的封闭元件施加拉拨作用力,将封闭元件沿着截面较小的环形隔膜从倾倒嘴撕开。具体地,撕开动作开始于环形隔膜的给定的点,然后,扩展到隔膜的剩余部分,直到将封闭元件与倾倒嘴完全分离为止。
然而,EP-A-2508432中所公开的解决方案具有如下的缺陷:在太接近于包装材料的位置执行感应加热焊接操作,关于包装材料的完整性,存在一些问题。具体地,为了避免对与打开装置相邻的区中的包装材料的任何可能的损伤,有必要对在焊接操作的期间达到的压力和温度进行控制和限制。实际上,将通过感应过程而生成的电磁能部分地以热的形式传递给包装材料,这可能造成对包装材料本身的损伤。
由于温度和压力限制而导致执行焊接操作所必需的时间相对地较长,无法在不增加造成可能的对包装材料的损伤的风险或在降低焊接的质量的情况下缩短该时间。
发明公开
因此,本发明的目标是,提供允许克服前面提到的缺陷的用于容器的打开装置。
根据本发明,提供根据权利要求1所述的打开装置。
本发明还涉及根据权利要求14所述的用于生产用于容器的打开装置的方法。
本发明进一步涉及根据权利要求12所述的用于容器的打开装置的封闭件和根据权利要求19所述的用于生产该封闭件的方法。

具体实施方式
图1、图3、图4以及图8中的数字1作为整体而指示用于容器100,具体地,用于包装可倾倒的食物产品的密封容器的可重新关闭的打开装置。
在图1和图8中所示出的示例中,打开装置1施加于多层片状包装材料3的接收部分2,进而折叠,以可倾倒的食物产品填充,并以已知的方式密封,从而形成容器100。
特别参考图2,包装材料3包括:提供刚度和强度的基础层4,基础层4可以由纤维材料(例如纸)或填充有矿物的聚丙烯材料制成;和多个可热封塑性材料层5,例如聚乙烯膜,其覆盖基础层4两侧。
就用于长期储存产品,诸如UHT牛奶的无菌容器而言,包装材料3还包括气体阻隔材料层6,例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,气体阻隔材料层6叠加于可热封塑性材料层5上,进而被形成容器的最终接触食物产品的内表面的另一可热封塑性材料层5覆盖。

在未示出的可能的备选的实施例中,覆盖部分10甚至可以仅由层5、6中的一个或一些限定。例如,覆盖部分10可以仅由气体阻隔材料制成。
在另一未示出的可能的备选的实施例中,覆盖部分10可以由固定于包装材料3的剩余部分的补片限定,以将在这种情况下贯穿这样的包装材料3的全厚度而形成的孔密封。
在未示出的又一备选的实施例中,接收部分2可以仅仅由贯穿包装材料3的全厚度而形成且预定为由打开装置1密封的孔限定。

-倾倒嘴12,其在孔9处固定于包装材料3,并且,具有轴A的圆筒形管状颈部13,圆筒形管状颈部13限定倾倒开口14,在使用中,通过倾倒开口14而倾倒容器的内含物;
-封闭元件15,其将倾倒开口14封闭或密封,并且,通过适于在使用中容易撕开的截面较小的环形隔膜16而与倾倒嘴12整体地连接;以及
-封闭件18,其以可移除的方式安装到倾倒嘴12的颈部13,以在倾倒开口14的与被封闭元件15封闭的区域不同的区域,将倾倒开口14封闭或密封。
环形隔膜16限定撕开线,在使用中沿着撕开线将封闭元件15与倾倒嘴12分离开来。
根据本发明的优选的实施例,倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15作为单件而形成于包装材料3的接收部分2上,而封闭件18与倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15分离而形成,然后,安装到倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
在图1至图4以及图8中所公开的解决方案中,在包装材料3在容器100中改变之前,将熔融的塑性材料-具体地,通过注入模制操作-模制于包装材料3上,由此,获得倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
更具体地,将预定为形成倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15的塑性材料以熔融的状态注入到以已知的方式放置在模制设备(本身是已知的而未示出)内的覆盖部分10的一个侧面10a–即最终面向最终的容器的内部的侧面上。具体地,熔融的塑性材料将覆盖部分10的侧面10a覆盖,直到覆盖部分10的环形周边区域为止,以便于以这种方式形成封闭元件15,封闭元件15直接地附接到覆盖部分10;然后,迫使熔融的塑性材料在这样的环形周边区域刺穿覆盖部分10,以形成倾倒嘴12,倾倒嘴12从覆盖部分10的相对的侧面10b伸出,并且,通过截面较小的环形隔膜16而附接到封闭元件15,环形隔膜16进而适于由使用者撕开而打开容器。

在实践中,作为自刺穿起的后继的步骤,倾倒嘴12的颈部13延伸穿过覆盖部分10,以便于布置于覆盖部分10本身的两侧10a、10b上。
封闭元件15和孔9的覆盖部分10一起限定将倾倒嘴12的倾倒开口14密封的密封部分。封闭元件15大体上具有糖果形状。
根据未示出的可能的备选方案,还可以将预定为形成倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15的塑性材料以熔融的状态通过包装材料3的孔而直接地注入,以便然后仅通过封闭元件15而将这样的孔完全地密封。
如在图1、图3、图4以及图8中具体地示出的,倾倒嘴12还包括环形凸缘20,环形凸缘20在孔9的边缘固定于包装材料3;颈部13从凸缘20的环形区域轴向地且整体地伸出,该环形区域径向地介于凸缘20本身的外边缘21与环形隔膜16之间。
在实践中,封闭元件15在倾倒嘴12内侧限定凸缘20的延长部分,并且,将倾倒嘴12的一个轴向端部22封闭或密封;以不同的方式,封闭件18也将倾倒嘴12的相对的轴向端部23密封,即使在使用中在将封闭元件15和覆盖部分10移除后也如此。
封闭元件15有利地与突出部分24作为单件而形成,突出部分24延伸穿过倾倒开口14,并且,在远离封闭元件15的位置,被焊接到封闭件18。换句话说,突出部分24在给定的与封闭元件15相距的非零的轴向距离处被焊接到封闭件18。
参考图1以及图3至图8,封闭件18主要地包括盖25和将盖25与突出部分24连接的盘形焊接促进元件26。
具体地,盖25包括:盘形端壁27,其在倾倒嘴12的端部23将倾倒嘴12的倾倒开口14封闭;和圆筒形侧壁28,其与倾倒嘴12的颈部13的外表面合作。
在所示出的示例中,盖25是螺钉类型,并且,侧壁28具有内螺纹29,内螺纹29与倾倒嘴12的颈部13上的相对应的外螺纹30接合。
盖25还整体地包括环形肋条27a,环形肋条27a从端壁27朝向盖25本身的内侧轴向地突出,并且,限定用于接收焊接促进元件26的座部27b。
如在图1、图3、图5、图6、图7以及图8中可见的,焊接促进元件26由多层片状元件31限定,多层片状元件31与盖25不同,并且,与盖25永久地连接。
具体地(图3),片状元件31包括:导电材料层32,例如铝箔;和至少两个可热封塑性材料层33、34,例如聚乙烯膜,其覆盖层32的两侧,并且,限定相应的相对的面部35、36。
在所示出的示例中,片状元件31的面部35配置成利用通过在层32中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到端壁27;以类似的方式,片状元件31的面部36配置成利用通过在层32中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到突出部分24。
如图1、图3、图4以及图8中所示出的,突出部分24包括:环形主体37,其被焊接到片状元件31的面部36;和两个支柱38,其将环形主体37与封闭元件15整体地连接。具体地,支柱38具有:第一端部39,其与环形主体37的相应的相对于轴A而在直径上相对的部分整体地连接;和第二端部40,其与封闭元件15整体地连接。
作为未示出的可能的备选方案,支柱38也可以并非在直径上彼此相对。
作为又一未示出的可能的备选方案,突出部分24可以包括彼此成角度地隔开的超过两个的支柱38。
如下地生产打开装置1。
首先,将倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15作为单件而注入模制到包装材料3的接收部分2上。

封闭件18独立于倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15生产,然后,安装到倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
具体地,在以已知的方式形成盖25和片状元件31之后,将片状元件31插入盖25的座部27b中,面部35与端壁27接触。然后,将这样形成的组件插入压力元件41与感应加热焊接设备43的电感应发电元件42之间。更具体地,在图6中所示出的示例中,压力元件41还与盖25的座部27b接合,并且,与片状元件31的面部36合作;电感应发电元件42包括线圈44,并且,与盖25的端壁27的外表面合作,该外表面与端壁27本身的与片状元件31合作的表面相对。

启动线圈48,由此,在片状元件31的导电材料层32中感应电流,结果生成局部热,局部热导致可热封塑性材料的面部36焊接到突出部分24的环形主体37。

在实际使用中,使盖25围绕轴A相对于倾倒嘴12旋转,由此,实现容器的第一次打开。在由使用者施加于盖25上的旋转的开始,支柱38沿旋转方向弯曲,这样,在环形隔膜16的给定的点处对封闭元件15施加拉拨作用力;换句话说,由于存在弯曲的支柱38,因此,施加于盖25上的转矩被转换为对封闭元件15的拉拨作用力,封闭元件15开始沿着环形隔膜16在两个给定的点处与倾倒嘴12分离。
继续使盖25旋转,由此,盖25与封闭元件15一起从倾倒嘴12完全地旋开(封闭元件15依然附接于盖25上(参见图4)),并因此沿着环形隔膜16与倾倒嘴12本身完全地分离。
根据前述描述,本发明的打开装置1、封闭件18以及用于生产打开装置1和封闭件18的方法的优点将显而易见。
具体地,由于封闭元件15与突出部分24作为单件而形成,进而延伸穿过倾倒开口14这一事实,因此能够在远离包装材料3的位置执行将封闭元件15与盖25连接的焊接操作,而不存在任何损伤包装材料3的风险。这还使得关于焊接操作中所使用的参数(温度、功率、压力等)的约束可以较少,从而可以缩短执行焊接操作所必需的时间。
另外,螺钉型盖25与包括将片状元件31与封闭元件15连接的两个或更多个支柱38的突出部分24组合而使用,使得能将对盖25的扭转作用力转换成对封闭元件15的拉拨作用力,对于使用者而言,相对于已知的类似的扭转的解决方案,所用力气显著减小。实际上,在由使用者施加于盖25上的旋转的开始,支柱38沿旋转方向弯曲,这样,在环形隔膜16的给定的点处对封闭元件15产生拉拨作用力;这导致最初在环形隔膜16的两个点处封闭元件15与倾倒嘴12的分离,而不是要求同时沿着整个环形隔膜16同样地分离;结果是,在最初将封闭件18与倾倒嘴12解除密封的期间,使用者不需要那么费力。
显然,可以对如本文中所描述的打开装置1、封闭件18以及用于生产打开装置1和封闭件18的方法作出改变,然而,不背离如所附权利要求中所定义的保护范围。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于容器的打开装置(1),所述打开装置(1)包括:
-倾倒嘴(12),其限定倾倒开口(14),在使用中通过该倾倒开口(14)而倾倒所述容器的内含物;
-封闭元件(15),其将所述倾倒开口(14)封闭,与所述倾倒嘴(12)作为单件而形成,并且,通过易破的连接部件(16)而与所述倾倒嘴(12)连接;以及
-封闭件(18),其以能移除的方式安装到所述倾倒嘴(12),以在所述倾倒开口(14)的与被所述封闭元件(15)封闭的区域不同的区域,将所述倾倒开口(14)封闭;
其特征在于,所述封闭元件(15)与突出部分(24)作为单件而形成,该突出部分(24)延伸穿过所述倾倒开口(14),并且,在远离所述封闭元件(15)的位置,被焊接到所述封闭件(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打开装置,其中,所述封闭件(18)包括盖(25)和将所述盖(25)与所述突出部分(24)连接的焊接促进部件(26)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的打开装置,其中,所述焊接促进部件包括焊接促进元件(26),该焊接促进元件(26)与所述盖(25)截然不同,并且,与所述盖(25)永久地连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的打开装置,其中,所述焊接促进元件(26)包括片状元件(31),该片状元件(31)包括导电材料层(32),并且,具有第一面部(36),该第一面部(36)配置成利用通过在所述导电材料层(32)中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到所述突出部分(24)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的打开装置,其中,所述片状元件(31)还包括布置于所述导电材料层(32)的相对的侧面上的第一可热封塑性材料层(34)和第二可热封塑性材料层(33);并且,其中,所述第一可热封塑性材料层(34)限定所述第一面部(36),并且,所述第二可热封塑性材料层(33)限定所述片状元件(31)的与所述第一面部(36)相对的第二面部(35)。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的打开装置,其中,所述封闭元件(15)将所述倾倒嘴(12)的一个端部(22)封闭,并且,其中,所述封闭件(18)将所述倾倒嘴(12)的相对的端部(23)封闭。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的打开装置,其中,所述倾倒嘴(12)和所述封闭元件(15)作为单件而模制于片状包装材料(3)上,该片状包装材料(3)适于被折叠、填充且密封,以形成所述容器。
8.根据权利要求2至7中的任一项所述的打开装置,其中,所述盖(25)是螺钉型,并且,被拧紧于所述倾倒嘴(12)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的打开装置,其中,所述盖(25)包括:端壁(27),其将所述倾倒嘴(12)的所述倾倒开口(14)封闭;和侧壁(28),其具有内螺纹(29),该内螺纹(29)拧紧于所述倾倒嘴(12)的外螺纹(30)上。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的打开装置,其中,所述突出部分(24)包括在所述封闭元件(15)与所述封闭件(18)之间延伸的两个支柱(38)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的打开装置,其中,所述突出部分(24)包括环形主体(37),该环形主体(37)被焊接到所述焊接促进元件(26),并且,与所述支柱(38)的相应的第一端部(39)整体地连接;并且,其中,所述支柱(38)还具有相应的第二端部(40),该第二端部(40)与所述第一端部(39)相对,并且,与所述封闭元件(15)整体地连接。
12.一种用于容器的打开装置(1)的封闭件(18),所述封闭件(18)包括:盖(25),其适于安装到所述打开装置(1)的倾倒嘴(12);和焊接促进部件(26),其适于将所述盖(25)与所述打开装置(1)的封闭元件(15)连接,其特征在于,所述焊接促进部件包括焊接促进元件(26),该焊接促进元件(26)与所述盖(25)截然不同,并且,与所述盖(25)永久地连接。
13.根据权利要求12所述的封闭件,其中,所述焊接促进元件(26)包括片状元件(31),该片状元件(31)包括导电材料层(32),并且,具有:
-第一面部(36),其适于通过在所述导电材料层(32)中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到所述打开装置(1)的所述封闭元件(15);和
-第二面部(35),其与所述第一面部(36)相对,并且,利用通过在所述导电材料层(32)中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到所述打开装置(1)的所述盖(25)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的封闭件,其中,所述片状元件(31)还包括布置于所述导电材料层(32)的相对的侧面上的第一可热封塑性材料层(34)和第二可热封塑性材料层(33);并且,其中,所述第一可热封塑性材料层(34)限定所述第一面部(36),并且,所述第二可热封塑性材料层(33)限定所述第二面部(35)。
15.一种用于生产容器的打开装置(1)的方法,所述方法包括如下的步骤:
-形成倾倒嘴(12),该倾倒嘴(12)限定倾倒开口(14),以在使用中通过该倾倒开口(14)而倾倒所述容器的内含物;
-形成封闭元件(15),该封闭元件(15)将所述倾倒开口(14)封闭,与所述倾倒嘴(12)作为单件而制成,并且,通过易破的连接部件(16)而与所述倾倒嘴(12)连接;以及
-将封闭件(18)安装到所述倾倒嘴(12),以在所述倾倒开口(14)的与被所述封闭元件(15)封闭的区域不同的区域,将所述倾倒开口(14)封闭;
其特征在于,所述封闭元件(15)与突出部分(24)作为单件而形成,该突出部分(24)延伸穿过所述倾倒开口(14);所述方法还包括在远离所述封闭元件(15)的位置,将所述封闭件(18)焊接到所述突出部分(24)的步骤。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述封闭件(18)在安装到所述倾倒嘴(12)之前通过如下的步骤而获得:
-形成盖(25);
-将焊接促进元件(26)插入所述盖(25)中;以及
-将所述焊接促进元件(26)与所述盖(25)永久地连接。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述焊接促进元件(26)包括片状元件(31),该片状元件(31)包括导电材料层(32);并且,其中,将所述封闭件(18)焊接到所述突出部分(24)的所述步骤包括如下的步骤:在所述导电材料层(32)中感应电流,以产生局部热,以便于将所述片状元件(31)的面部(36)焊接到所述突出部分(24)。

19.一种用于生产用于容器(100)的打开装置(1)的封闭件(18)的方法,所述方法包括如下的步骤:

-设置焊接促进部件(26),其适于将所述盖(25)与所述打开装置(1)的封闭元件(15)连接;
