技术领域
本发明涉及用于打开装置的封闭件的焊接促进元件,该打开装置用于容器,具体地,用于用来包装可倾倒的食品的密封容器的打开装置。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种用于打开装置的封闭件的焊接促进元件,该打开装置设计成直接地施加于片状包装材料上,进而适于折叠,以可倾倒的食品填充,并且,进行密封,以形成完工的容器。
背景技术
正如人们所知,许多可倾倒的食品,诸如果汁、UHT(经超高温处理的)奶、葡萄酒、番茄酱等,以由经杀菌的片状包装材料制成的容器出售。
这种容器的典型的示例是用于液体或可倾倒的食品的平行六面体形状的容器,该容器被称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标),通过将层合的带状包装材料折叠并密封而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,该多层结构大体上包括:提供刚度和强度的基础层,其可以包括纤维材料(例如纸)层或填充有矿物的聚丙烯材料层;和覆盖基础层的两侧的多个可热封塑性材料层合层,例如聚乙烯膜。
就用于长期储存产品,诸如UHT奶的无菌容器而言,包装材料还包括气体阻隔材料层,例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,气体阻隔材料层叠加于可热封塑性材料层上,进而被形成容器的最终接触食品的内表面的另一可热封塑性材料层覆盖。
通常在全自动包装机器上生产这类容器,其由包装材料卷材进给;例如通过涂敷诸如过氧化氢溶液之类的化学杀菌剂而在包装机器上对包装材料卷材进行杀菌,一旦完成杀菌,就将化学杀菌剂从包装材料的表面移除,例如通过加热而蒸发。然后,将这样杀菌的包装材料卷材维持于封闭的无菌环境下,并且,纵向地折叠且密封,以形成竖立的管状物。
以经杀菌的或经无菌处理的食品填充管状物,并且,将管状物密封,随后,沿着等距的横截面切割,以形成枕形包装,然后,将枕形包装机械地折叠,以形成相应的完工的例如大体上平行六面体形状的容器。
替代地,可以将包装材料切割成坯料,在成形主轴上将坯料成形为容器,并且,以食品填充容器并将容器密封。这种容器的一个示例是已知为商品名Tetra Rex(注册商标)的所谓的“屋顶型”容器。
为了打开上述的容器,提出了各种解决方案,包括可重新关闭的打开装置,该打开装置由塑性材料制成,并且,主要包括倾倒嘴,该倾倒嘴限定贯穿的倾倒开口,并安装到容器的壁部中的孔。
在生产打开装置时,由封闭元件将倾倒嘴的开口密封,该封闭元件与倾倒嘴整体地连接,并且,可沿着撕裂线与倾倒嘴分离。封闭元件以与包装材料相同的水平延伸,以便于将容器的壁部中的孔密封。在面向盖的一侧,封闭元件具有整体式突出的拉环,拉环的自由端由使用者拉动以使封闭元件沿着撕裂线从倾倒嘴分离并且因此打开倾倒开口。更具体地,拉环在倾倒嘴内部延伸并且与倾倒嘴相距预定距离。
还可以将打开装置的封闭元件直接固定在包装材料中的预层合孔上,即仅在基础层中形成并由包括气体阻隔材料层在内的其他层合层覆盖的孔。
在两种情况下,例如随后将可拆卸的螺旋盖安装到倾倒嘴上,以便在外部封闭倾倒嘴。
EP2886479公开了一种具有封闭元件的打开装置,该封闭元件与在倾倒嘴内部延伸并焊接到盖的突出部分一体形成。盖设置有盘形焊接促进元件,该焊接促进元件焊接到突出部分,使得当从倾倒嘴移除盖时,突出部分和封闭元件保持附接到盖上。
焊接促进元件必须固定地连接到盖和突出部分上,以允许打开装置的一步式打开,即确保当盖第一次从倾倒嘴移除时,封闭元件通过突出部分保持附接到盖上。
因此,认为有必要加固焊接促进元件、盖和封闭元件之间的连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进用于容器的打开装置的封闭件中的焊接促进元件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种焊接促进元件,其确保加固打开装置的封闭部分和打开装置的封盖的盖之间的连接。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种焊接促进元件,当打开装置第一次打开时,该焊接促进元件显著地限制或甚至避免打开装置的封闭件的盖从打开装置的关闭元件上脱离。
根据本发明,提供一种如权利要求1所述的焊接促进元件。

具体实施方式
图1、图3、图4以及图8中的数字1作为整体而指示用于容器100,具体地,用于包装可倾倒的食品的密封容器的可重新关闭的打开装置1。
在图1和图8中所示出的示例中,打开装置1施加于多层片状包装材料3的接收部分2(图2),进而折叠,以可倾倒的食品填充,并以已知的方式密封,从而形成容器100。
特别参考图2,包装材料3包括:提供刚度和强度的基础层4,基础层4可以由纤维材料(例如纸或填充有矿物的聚丙烯材料)制成;和覆盖基础层4两侧的第一可热封塑性材料层5a(例如,聚乙烯膜)和第二可热封塑性材料层5b(例如聚乙烯膜)。

在未示出的可能的替代的实施方式中,覆盖部分10甚至可以仅由层合层中的一个或一些限定。例如,覆盖部分10可以仅由气体阻隔材料制成。
在另一未示出的可能的替代的实施方式中,覆盖部分10可以由固定于包装材料3的剩余部分的补片限定,以将在这种情况下贯穿这样的包装材料3的全厚度而形成的孔密封。

打开装置1主要包括:
-倾倒嘴12,其在孔9处固定于包装材料3,并且,具有有轴线A的圆筒形管状颈部13,圆筒形管状颈部13限定倾倒开口14,在使用中,通过倾倒开口14而倾倒容器100的内含物;
-封闭元件15,其将倾倒开口14封闭或密封,并且,通过适于在使用中容易撕开的截面较小的环形隔膜16而与倾倒嘴12整体地连接;以及
-封闭件18,其以可移除的方式安装到倾倒嘴12的颈部13,以在倾倒开口14的与被封闭元件15封闭的区域不同的区域,将倾倒开口14封闭或密封。
环形隔膜16限定撕开线,在使用中沿着撕开线将封闭元件15与倾倒嘴12分离开来。
在本发明的一实施方式中,倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15一体成型于包装材料3的接收部分2上,而封闭件18独立于倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15形成,然后,安装到倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
在图1至图4以及图8中所公开的实施方式中,将熔融的塑性材料-具体地,通过注入模制操作-模制于包装材料3上,然后其在容器100中变态(transform),由此,获得倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
更具体地,将预定为形成倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15的塑性材料以熔融的状态注入到以已知的方式放置在模制设备(本身是已知的而未示出)内的覆盖部分10的第一侧面10a–即最终面向最终的容器的内部的侧面上。具体地,熔融的塑性材料将覆盖部分10的第一侧面10a覆盖,直到覆盖部分10的环形周边区域为止,以便于以这种方式形成直接地附接到覆盖部分10的封闭元件15。然后,迫使熔融的塑性材料在这样的环形周边区域刺穿覆盖部分10,以形成倾倒嘴12,倾倒嘴12从覆盖部分10的第二侧面10b突出。第二侧面10b与第一侧面10a相对。第二侧面10b是最终面向最终容器100的外部的侧面。
倾倒嘴12通过截面较小的环形隔膜16而附接到封闭元件15,环形隔膜16进而适于由使用者撕开而打开容器100。
以这种方式,形成预层合孔的材料首先被形成倾倒嘴12的塑性材料刺穿,然后,被该塑性材料再密封。
在实践中,作为自其刺穿起的后继的步骤,倾倒嘴12的颈部13延伸穿过覆盖部分10,以便于布置于覆盖部分10的第一侧面10a与第二侧面10b上。
封闭元件15和孔9的覆盖部分10一起限定将倾倒嘴12的倾倒开口14密封的密封部分。封闭元件15大体上具有糖果形状。
根据未示出的可能的替代方案,还可以将预定为形成倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15的塑性材料以熔融的状态通过包装材料3的孔而直接地注入,以便然后仅通过封闭元件15而将这样的孔完全地密封。
如在图1、图3、图4以及图8中具体地示出的,倾倒嘴12还包括环形凸缘20,环形凸缘20在孔9的边缘处固定于包装材料3。颈部13从凸缘20的环形区域轴向地且整体地突出,该环形区域径向地介于凸缘20的外边缘21与环形隔膜16之间。
在实践中,封闭元件15在倾倒嘴12内侧限定凸缘20的延长部分,并且,将倾倒嘴12的第一轴向端部22封闭或密封;以不同的方式,封闭件18也将倾倒嘴12的与第一轴向端部22相对的第二轴向端部23密封,即使在使用中在将封闭元件15和覆盖部分10移除后也如此。
封闭元件15有利地与突出部分24一体成型,突出部分24延伸穿过倾倒开口14,并且,被焊接到远离封闭元件15的封闭件18。换句话说,突出部分24在给定的与封闭元件15相距的非零的轴向距离处被焊接到封闭件18。
参考图1以及图3至图8,封闭件18主要地包括盖25和将盖25与突出部分24连接的盘形焊接促进元件26。
具体地,盖25包括:盘形端壁27,其在倾倒嘴12的端部23将倾倒嘴12的倾倒开口14封闭;和圆筒形侧壁28,其与倾倒嘴12的颈部13的外表面合作。
在所示出的示例中,盖25是螺钉类型,并且,侧壁28具有内螺纹29,内螺纹29与倾倒嘴12的颈部13上的相对应的外螺纹30接合。
盖25还整体地包括环形肋条27a,环形肋条27a从端壁27朝向盖25的内侧轴向地突出,并且,限定用于接收焊接促进元件26的座部27b。
如在图1和图3所示的,焊接促进元件26由多层片状元件31限定,多层片状元件31与盖18不同,并且,与盖25永久地连接。
片状元件31包括:导电材料层32,例如铝箔;和覆盖层32两侧的可热封塑性材料的第一层33和可热封塑性材料的第二层34。第一层33限定片状元件31的第一面部35,并且第二层34限定片状元件31的与第一面部35相对的第二面部36。
在所示的实施方式中,片状元件31的第一面部35配置成利用通过在层32中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到端壁27。类似地,片状元件31的面部36配置成利用通过在层32中感应电流而生成的热来焊接到突出部分24。
如图1、图3以及图4所示出的,突出部分24包括:环形主体37,其被焊接到片状元件31的第二面部36;和两个支柱38,其将环形主体37与封闭元件15整体地连接。具体地,支柱38具有:第一端部39,其与环形主体37的相应的相对于轴A而在直径上相对的部分整体地连接;和第二端部40,其与封闭元件15整体地连接。

在一实施方式中,第一层元件51与第二层元件52由相同的可热封塑性材料制成。此外,另外的第一层元件53与另外的第二层元件54由相同的可热封的塑性材料制成。
在一实施方式中,层32是压印的,换句话说,层32(以及因此焊接促进元件26)包括在片状元件31的一侧上的多个凹部和在片状元件31的相对侧上的相应的多个凸起。
打开装置1如下生产。
首先,将倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15作为单件而注入模制到包装材料3的接收部分2上。
具体地,包装材料3被设置成具有位于模制设备内的接收部分2;此时,熔融的塑性材料被注入覆盖部分10的第一侧面10a上,并且,沿着覆盖部分10的第一侧面10a流动,直到覆盖部分10的环形周边区域为止,以便于以这种方式形成直接地附接到覆盖部分10的封闭元件15。然后,迫使熔融的塑性材料在这样的环形周边区域刺穿覆盖部分10,以形成倾倒嘴12,该倾倒嘴12从覆盖部分10的第二侧面10b突出,并且,通过环形隔膜16而附接到封闭元件15。在实践中,形成覆盖部分10的材料首先被形成倾倒嘴12的塑性材料刺穿,然后,被该塑性材料再密封。
此时,包装材料3被杀菌,然后折叠,以可倾倒的食品填充,并且,以已知的方式密封,从而获得容器100。
封闭件18独立于倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15生产,然后,安装到倾倒嘴12和封闭元件15。
具体地,在形成盖25和片状元件31之后,将片状元件31插入盖25的座部27b中,面部35与端壁27接触。然后,将这样形成的组件插入压力元件41与感应加热焊接设备43的电感应发生元件42之间。更具体地,在图6中所示出的示例中,压力元件41还与盖25的座部27b接合,并且,与片状元件31的面部36合作。
电感应发生元件42包括线圈44,并且,与盖25的端壁27的外表面合作,该外表面和端壁27的与片状元件31合作的表面相对。
通过激活线圈44,在片状元件31的导电材料层32中感应电流,结果生成局部热,局部热导致可热封塑性材料的面部35焊接到盖25的端壁27。
然后,通过内螺纹29和外螺纹30的相互接合而将封闭件18安装到容器100的倾倒嘴12。
此时,具有打开装置1的容器100与电感应发生元件46(参见图8)合作。更具体地,电感应发生元件46与电感应发生元件42类似,并且,包括线圈48。
电感应发生元件46与盖25的端壁27的外表面合作,该外表面与端壁27的与片状元件31合作的表面相对。
通过激活线圈48,在片状元件31的导电材料层32中感应电流,结果生成局部热,局部热导致可热封塑性材料的面部36焊接到突出部分24的环形主体37。
该感应加热焊接操作在与封闭元件15相距的沿着轴A的非零的距离处执行,并且,因此,在与相邻的包装材料3相距的沿着轴A的非零的距离处执行,从而不存在损伤包装材料3的风险。
根据未示出的可能的替代方案,可以将封闭件18安装到倾倒嘴12,并且,通过感应加热焊接操作而焊接到封闭元件15的突出部分24,该感应加热焊接操作直接地在卷材形式的包装材料3上执行,即,此后这样的包装材料3才转变成完工的容器100。
在实际使用中,通过使盖25围绕轴A相对于倾倒嘴12旋转,实现容器的第一次打开。在由使用者施加于盖25上的旋转的开始,支柱38沿旋转方向弯曲,这样,在环形隔膜16的给定的点处对封闭元件15施加拉拨作用力;换句话说,由于存在弯曲的支柱38,因此,施加于盖25上的转矩被转换为对封闭元件15的拉拨作用力,封闭元件15开始沿着环形隔膜16在两个给定的点处与倾倒嘴12分离。
通过继续使盖25旋转,由此,盖25与封闭元件15一起从倾倒嘴12完全地旋开(封闭元件15依然附接于盖25上(参见图4)),并因此沿着环形隔膜16与倾倒嘴12完全分离。
由于根据本发明的焊接促进元件,可以牢固且可靠地将盖子连接到封闭元件。
特别地,已经发现,利用第一可热封塑性材料层和具有所要求的厚度的第二可热封塑性材料层,可以防止盖和关闭元件在打开装置的第一次打开期间分离。
通过使用聚乙烯基材料或聚丙烯基材料作为可热封塑性材料,也能够实现盖和封闭元件的粘合。
盖和封闭元件的牢固的相互连接也通过粘合剂,特别是通过聚氨酯基粘合剂得到改善。
此外,已经发现,通过使用焊接促进元件(其中片状元件具有相对于导电材料层对称的结构),特别是通过使用焊接促进元件(其中第一可热封塑性材料层与第二可热封塑性材料层由相同的材料制成,并具有相同的厚度)可以获得盖和封闭元件的良好焊接。在一种情况下,第一层的第一层元件和第二层的第二层元件由相同的材料制成并具有相同的厚度。类似地,第一层的另外的第一层元件和第二层的另外的第二层元件由相同的材料制成并具有相同的厚度。
以这种方式,焊接促进元件在盖和封闭元件上都施加相同的焊接促进作用,从而使盖和封闭元件彼此牢固地结合。
特别地,在第一层元件和第二层元件由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成并且另外的第一层元件和另外的第二层元件由线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)制成的情况下,焊接促进元件将由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)外层提供的良好密封性能和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)内层提供的良好弹性合并在一起。
最后,在压印导电材料层的情况下,焊接促进元件具有改进的密封性,因为从片状元件突出的凸起用作可热封塑性材料的熔化局部增强的区域。换句话说,可热封塑性材料更容易在片状元件的凸起处熔化,从而改善了焊接促进元件的焊接促进能力。
显然,可以对焊接促进元件作出改变,然而,不背离如所附权利要求中所定义的保护范围。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于打开装置(1)的焊接促进元件,所述焊接促进元件能插入所述打开装置(1)的盖(25)内,以将所述盖(25)连接到封闭所述打开装置(1)的倾倒开口(14)的封闭元件(10),所述焊接促进元件包括片状元件(31),其中所述片状元件(31)包括导电材料层(32)、第一可热封塑性材料层(33)和布置在所述层(32)的相对侧上的第二可热封塑性材料层(34),其特征在于,所述层(32)具有包含在5-15μm的范围内的厚度,并且所述第一层(33)和第二层(34)中的每一个具有包含在10-50μm的范围内的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层(33)和第二层(34)中的每一个具有包含在15-30μm的范围内的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层(33)和所述第二层(34)由选自包括聚乙烯基材料、聚丙烯基材料的组中的可热封塑性材料制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中粘合剂置于所述层(32)和所述第一层(33)之间以及所述层(32)和所述第二层(34)之间,以便分别增加所述层(32)和所述第一层(33)之间以及所述层(32)和所述第二层(34)之间的粘附力。
5.根据权利要求4所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述粘合剂是聚氨酯基粘合剂。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层(33)包括第一层元件(51)和另外的第一层元件(52),所述另外的第一层元件(52)置于所述第一层元件(51)和所述层(32)之间,并且其中所述第二层(34)包括第二层元件(53)和另外的第二层元件(54),所述另外的第二层元件(54)置于所述第二层元件(53)和所述层(32)之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层元件(51)和第二层元件(53)中的每一个具有包含在5-40μm的范围内的厚度,并且其中所述另外的第一层元件(52)和另外的第二层元件(54)中的每一个具有包含在5-10μm的范围内的厚度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的焊接促进元件,其中,所述第一层元件(51)和第二层元件(53)中的每一个具有包含在10-20μm的范围内的厚度。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层元件(51)和所述第二层元件(53)由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)制成,并且其中所述另外的第一层元件(52)和另外的第二层元件(54)由线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)制成。
10.根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述层(32)具有12μm的厚度,所述第一层元件(51)具有18μm的厚度,所述另外的第一层元件(52)具有7μm的厚度,所述第二层元件(53)具有18μm的厚度,所述另外的第二元件具有7μm的厚度。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述焊接促进元件具有相对于所述层(32)对称的结构,所述第一层(33)与所述第二层(34)具有相同的厚度。
12.根据权利要求11所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述第一层与所述第二层由相同的可热封塑性材料制成。
13.根据权利要求11所述的焊接促进元件,当从属于权利要求6至10中任一项时,其中所述第一层元件(51)与所述第二层元件(53)具有相同的厚度,并且其中所述另外的第一层(52)与所述另外的第二层(54)具有相同的厚度。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接促进元件,其中所述层(32)是压花的。
15.一种用于容器的打开装置(1)的封闭件,所述封闭件(18)包括盖(25),其适于安装到所述打开装置(1)的倾倒嘴(12)上,以及焊接促进元件(26),其适于将所述盖(25)连接到所述打开装置(1)的封闭元件(15)上,所述焊接促进元件(26)与所述盖(25)不同并永久地连接到所述盖(25)上,所述焊接促进元件(26)是根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的焊接促进元件(26)。
