Claims (6)
- 容器(100)内の結晶化すべき溶液又は懸濁液(140)を還流させるのに適し、シャフト(150)と、該シャフト(150)に結合されていて前記容器(100)の一次混合ゾーン(110)に配設されたメインプロペラ(160)とを備え、前記シャフト(150)のところに前記メインプロペラ(160)に対して上流方向に前記溶液又は懸濁液(140)を能動的に導流するための少なくとも1個の更なる手段(180)を別途備える蒸発結晶装置用の攪拌機であって、
前記能動的な導流手段(180)がその都度、プロペラ(182)として形成されていて、その直径が前記メインプロペラ(160)の直径の50%よりも小さく、複数のプロペラ(182)が前記シャフト(150)に沿って互いに間隔をおいて配設されているか、又は、
前記能動的な導流手段(180)が、前記シャフト(150)に沿って延びるネジとして形成されていて、その直径が最大で前記メインプロペラ(160)の直径の50%であることを特徴とする、蒸発結晶装置用の攪拌機。 - 前記少なくとも1個の手段(180)が前記一次混合ゾーン(110)に直に隣接して配設されている、請求項1に記載の攪拌機。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の攪拌機を含む蒸発結晶装置。
- 非連続的作動用に特別に形成された請求項3に記載の蒸発結晶装置。
- 攪拌機のシャフトに位置して該攪拌機の混合性能の改善を目的とする、請求項1及び2の一項において特徴付けられた、能動的な導流手段の使用方法。
- 非連続的作動における蒸発結晶装置の中の前記攪拌機の混合性能の改善を目的とする、請求項5に記載の使用方法。
