Abstract
Description
図1、2に示すように、本実施形態のタイヤ1は、タイヤ内面Sかつタイヤ軽点位置Pに、バランスウエイトとして黒色被膜10が形成され、タイヤ単体における重量アンバランスが低減される。
ユニフォミティー試験機を用い、黒色塗膜の形成前後における重量アンバランス量の差を測定した。数値が大なほど低減量が大である。
ユニフォミティー試験機を用い、JASO C607(自動車用タイヤのユニフォミティ試験方法)に準拠して、下記の条件にてRFV(ラジアルフォースバリエーション)を測定した。そして、黒色塗膜の形成前後におけるRFVの差が3.0N以下を影響なしとした。

3.1)温度変化の影響:
黒色塗膜を形成したタイヤを、高温条件(80℃)で8日間保管した後、低温条件(−30°)で3日間保管した。そして、目視により、黒色塗膜の変色、ひび割れ等の内観への影響の有無を確認した。
黒色塗膜を形成したタイヤを、リム(20x8.0J)、内圧(200kPa)の条件にて車両の全輪に装着し、速度100kmにて30000kmを連続走行した。そして、走行の前後における重量アンバランスの差を測定した。差が1.0N・cm 以下を影響なしとした。
上記走行の後、黒色塗膜の剥がれの有無を、目視によって確認した。

Claims (6)
- タイヤ内面かつタイヤ軽点位置に、黒色被膜を形成することにより、タイヤの重量アンバランスを低減させるタイヤのアンバランス修正方法。
- 前記黒色被膜は、カーボンブラックを含有する黒色塗液を塗布することにより形成される請求項1記載のタイヤのアンバランス修正方法。
- 前記黒色塗液は、比重が1.00〜1.10である請求項2記載のタイヤのアンバランス修正方法。
- 前記黒色被膜の重量は、3〜10gである請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のタイヤのアンバランス修正方法。
- 前記黒色被膜のタイヤ周方向の長さは、タイヤ中心角度θに換算して15〜70°の範囲である請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のタイヤのアンバランス修正方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のタイヤのアンバランス修正方法によって、重量バランスが低減されたタイヤ。
