Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 道路フィニッシャー、道路舗装車、IPフィニッシャー、フィーダー、供給ユニット等の、あるユニットの後方に他のユニットが所定の距離で並んでグループで移動する少なくとも2つの独立運転ユニットを備える、交通路表面に少なくとも一層の舗装層を生成する舗装車列(1)であって、
前記ユニット(2、3、4)の間に、少なくとも速度、および/または資材レベルを送受信するために、無線通信回線(6)が設けられることを特徴とする、舗装車列。 - 前記ユニット(2、3、4)が衝突防止機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の舗装車列。
- 舗装速度がフィニッシャー(2、4)により予め設定され、特に前記無線通信回線(6)を介してフィーダー(3)により当該舗装速度が変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の舗装車列。
- フィニッシャー(2、4)が、フィーダー(3)に対して、所望の舗装速度、および/または現在の所望舗装速度を送信可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- 資材保持部により、フィーダー(3)からフィニッシャー(2、4)に、特に資材流の現在速度、および/または特に充填量が送信可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- フィーダー(3)が、異なる混合物資材を備える少なくとも2つの資材保持部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- フィーダー(3)が、充填レベルインジケータ装置(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- 超音波センサ、カメラ、3Dセンサ等のセンサが、レベル測定用に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- フィーダー(3)が、資材保持部内の現在の充填量が使い切られるまでの時間を表示する、時間表示装置(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- フィーダー(3)が、特に2台のフィニッシャー(2、4)に割り当てられ、舗装車列(1)の作業員が、前記無線通信回線(6)により、各フィニッシャーにおける資材の現在量を送信できることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- 少なくとも充填レベル、および/または資材保持部内の充填量が使い切られるまでの推定時間が、各フィニッシャー(2、4)から作業員に送信可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- フィニッシャー(2、4)の充填レベルが、超音波センサ、カメラ、3Dセンサ等のセンサにより測定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- 前記無線通信回線(6)が、WLAN、Bluetooth、ZigBee、Wibree、Wimax、光通信等で設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
- 前記無線通信回線(6)を通じて、データの暗号化送信が可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の舗装車列。
