Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る洗浄装置5が適用されるレーザブランク装置1を模式的に示す平面図である。図2は本実施形態のレーザブランク装置1を模式的に示す図1のA−A線断面図であり、図3は図1のB−B線断面図である。
レーザブランク装置1は、コンベア(ワーク搬送装置)10と、レーザヘッド40と、ワークの搬送方向に直交(交差)する方向に延びるとともに、レーザヘッド40が搬送方向の一側に移動可能に係合する第1ガイドフレーム(ガイド部材)21と、レーザヘッド40を第1ガイドフレーム21に沿って移動させる移動装置(例えば、後述の移動装置20)と、第1ガイドフレーム21の搬送方向他側に移動可能に係合し、移動装置20によって移動するレーザヘッド40に連動して当該レーザヘッド40の移動方向の反対方向に第1ガイドフレーム21に沿って移動するカウンタウエイト45と、第1ガイドフレーム21を挟んで加工領域100の反対側に配置される給脂装置8と、移動装置20を制御してカウンタウエイト45を給脂装置8に対向する位置に移動させ、カウンタウエイト45と第1ガイドフレーム21の係合部分への給脂を行う制御装置70と、を備える。
これにより、ワークにレーザ加工を行うレーザヘッド40の移動範囲の外側に給脂装置8が位置するので、レーザ加工中にレーザヘッド40を移動させる移動装置20と給脂装置8の衝突を確実に防止しつつ、カウンタウエイト45への給脂の自動化を実現できる。
これにより、点検台でレーザヘッドの点検作業が行われている間に給脂装置によってカウンタウエイトへの給脂を行うことができ、稼動効率を向上させることができる。
これにより、紫外線照射装置によってレーザヘッド40の自動洗浄を実現できる。
これにより、給脂装置8によってカウンタウエイト45のスムーズな移動を実現しつつ、様々なレーザ加工に対応できる。

Claims (5)
- ワークを所定方向に搬送するワーク搬送装置と、
前記ワークにレーザを照射するレーザヘッドと、
前記ワークの搬送方向に交差する方向に延びるとともに、前記レーザヘッドが前記搬送方向の一側に移動可能に係合するガイド部材と、
前記レーザヘッドを前記ガイド部材に沿って移動させる移動装置と、
前記ガイド部材の搬送方向他側に移動可能に係合し、前記移動装置によって移動する前記レーザヘッドに連動して前記レーザヘッドの移動方向の反対方向に前記ガイド部材に沿って移動するカウンタウエイトと、
前記レーザヘッドによって加工が行われる加工領域に対して前記ガイド部材を挟んで反対側に配置される給脂装置と、
前記移動装置を制御して前記カウンタウエイトを前記給脂装置に対向する位置に移動させ、前記カウンタウエイトと前記ガイド部材の係合部分への給脂を行う制御装置と、
を備えるレーザ加工機。 - 前記レーザヘッドの点検が行われる点検台を更に備え、
前記給脂装置は、前記レーザヘッドが前記点検台で点検が行われる点検位置にいるときの前記カウンタウエイトに対応する位置に配置される請求項1に記載のレーザ加工機。 - 紫外線照射によって前記レーザヘッドの洗浄を行う紫外線照射装置を更に備え、
前記給脂装置は、前記レーザヘッドが前記紫外線照射装置によって洗浄が行われる洗浄位置にいるときの前記カウンタウエイトに対応する位置に配置される請求項1に記載のレーザ加工機。 - 前記移動装置は、前記レーザヘッドを3次元方向で移動可能に構成される請求項1から3の何れかに記載のレーザ加工機。
- ワークを所定方向に搬送するワーク搬送装置と、
前記ワークにレーザを照射するレーザヘッドと、
前記ワークの搬送方向に交差する方向に延びるとともに、前記レーザヘッドが前記搬送方向の一側に移動可能に係合するガイド部材と、
前記レーザヘッドを前記ガイド部材に沿って移動させる移動装置と、
前記ガイド部材の搬送方向他側に移動可能に係合し、前記移動装置によって移動する前記レーザヘッドに連動して前記レーザヘッドの移動方向の反対方向に前記ガイド部材に沿って移動するカウンタウエイトと、
前記ワーク搬送装置の側方に配置され、前記レーザヘッドの点検が行われる点検台と、
前記ワーク搬送装置を挟んで前記点検台の反対側に配置され、紫外線照射によって前記レーザヘッドの洗浄を行う紫外線照射装置と、
前記点検台又は前記紫外線照射装置の何れかに対して前記ガイド部材を挟んで斜め向かいに配置される給脂装置と、を備えるレーザ加工機。
