Claims (2)
- 内燃機関または電動機の出力トルクを車両走行時の動力源とする車両に搭載され、
車両速度とアクセル開度に基づいて設定される要求トルクが前記内燃機関を再始動させるための再始動閾値を超えた場合に前記内燃機関を再始動させる制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、バッテリの放電可能最大電力が所定電力未満のときには、前記電動機が出力可能な最大トルクから所定のマージンを減算したマージントルクを前記再始動閾値として設定し、前記バッテリの放電可能最大電力が所定電力以上のときには、前記電動機の定格トルクを前記再始動閾値として設定する内燃機関の始動制御装置。 - 前記最大トルクは、前記バッテリの放電可能最大電力が低下するに伴って小さい値に設定される請求項1に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。
