Description
Claims (8)
- 第1の回路基板の部品搭載面に近接又は当接せしめられる基板対接面部を有した板状体を成す絶縁ハウジングと、
各々が第2の回路基板に固定された相手方コネクタ装置のコンタクトに接触接続される接触部と上記第1の回路基板の部品搭載面に接続される接続部とを有していて上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置される複数のコンタクトと、
上記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられて、上記相手方コネクタ装置に対する弾性保持係合状態をとる弾性シェル部材と、
を備えて構成され、 上記弾性シェル部材が、上記第1の回路基板の部品搭載面に固着される第1の固定部が設けられたものとされて上記絶縁ハウジングの基板対接面部の周囲に沿って伸び、内面部を上記相手方コネクタ装置の外面部に弾性当接させる帯状部と、該帯状部の端部から屈曲して伸びて上記絶縁ハウジングから離隔する方向に突出する屈曲突出部と、該屈曲突出部の端部からさらに屈曲して伸びて上記帯状部に対向する位置をとり、上記第1の回路基板の部品搭載面に固着される第2の固定部が設けられた延伸部とを有して形成され、上記第1の固定部から上記第2の固定部に至る上記帯状部,上記屈曲突出部及び上記延伸部がバネ部を形成することを特徴とする基板コネクタ装置。 - 上記弾性シェル部材の延伸部に設けられた上記第2の固定部が、上記弾性シェル部材の帯状部より離隔する状態をもって上記延伸部から突出するものとされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材の延伸部に設けられた上記第2の固定部が、上記延伸部から上記弾性シェル部材の帯状部に近接する状態をもって突出するものとされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材の帯状部に設けられた上記第1の固定部と上記弾性シェル部材の延伸部に設けられた上記第2の固定部とが、上記絶縁ハウジングを挟んで相互対向する位置に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材が、上記帯状部が該帯状部の両端部を所定の間隔を置いて相互対向させる状態をもって上記絶縁ハウジングの基板対接面部を部分的に取り囲むものとされた単一部材を形成しており、上記両端部の夫々から上記屈曲突出部が屈曲して伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材の帯状部の両端部の間となる部位において、上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置された上記複数のコンタクトが夫々有する複数の接続部が上記絶縁ハウジングから該絶縁ハウジングの外部へと突出していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材が、上記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられた一対の部材を形成しており、該一対の部材を夫々形成する一対の弾性シェル部材の各々の上記帯状部が上記絶縁ハウジングの基板対接面部を挟んで相互対向し、上記一対の弾性シェル部材の各々の上記屈曲突出部が所定の間隔を置いて相互対向する位置に配されるとともに、上記一対の弾性シェル部材の各々の上記延伸部が所定の間隔を置いて相互対向する位置に配されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板コネクタ装置。
- 上記一対の弾性シェル部材の各々の上記屈曲突出部の間となる部位において、上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置された上記複数のコンタクトが夫々有する複数の接続部が上記絶縁ハウジングから該絶縁ハウジングの外部へと突出していることを特徴とする請求項7記載の基板コネクタ装置。
