Description
Claims (7)
- 回路基板の部品搭載面に固定された相手方コネクタ装置が備える相手方絶縁ハウジングとの嵌合状態をとる絶縁ハウジングと、
各々が、上記相手方絶縁ハウジングに配列配置されて上記回路基板に接続された複数の相手方コンタクトのうちの対応するものに接触接続される接触部とケーブルが接続される接続部とを有していて、上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置される複数のコンタクトと、
上記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられて、上記相手方コネクタ装置に対する弾性保持係合状態をとる弾性シェル部材と、
を備えて構成され、
上記弾性シェル部材が、上記絶縁ハウジングにおける上記複数のコンタクトが配列配置された部分を覆うカバー部と、該カバー部に連結されたもとで上記絶縁ハウジングの周囲に沿って伸びて内面部を上記相手方コネクタ装置の外面部に弾性当接させる係合部分を成す帯状部と、該帯状部の両端部から夫々屈曲して伸びて自由端部を有した一対の延伸帯状部とを有し、上記カバー部から上記一対の延伸帯状部に対する該一対の延伸帯状部の外側からの位置規制を行う一対の抑え部が伸びており、
上記絶縁ハウジングにおける上記複数のコンタクトが配列配置された上記部分は長手方向を有し、上記複数のコンタクトは上記長手方向に沿って配列配置され、上記帯状部の両端部は上記長手方向において相互対向し、上記一対の延伸帯状部は、上記帯状部の両端部から屈曲して上記部分から遠ざかる方向に伸び上記長手方向において相互対向しており、上記帯状部の両端部との間にバネ部を夫々形成していることを特徴とするケーブルコネクタ装置。 - 上記一対の抑え部の各々が、上記カバー部から上記延伸帯状部の外面部に沿って伸びる規制部分と、該規制部分から屈曲可能に伸びて上記延伸帯状部を覆う覆い部分とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材が単一部材により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材における相互対向する上記一対の延伸帯状部の間となる部位において、上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置された上記複数のコンタクトが夫々有する複数の接続部が上記絶縁ハウジングの外部に臨んでいることを特徴とする請求項3記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 上記弾性シェル部材が、上記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられた一対の部材により形成されており、該一対の部材が上記一対の延伸帯状部を夫々有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 上記一対の部材の各々の上記延伸帯状部の間となる部位において、上記絶縁ハウジングに配列配置された上記複数のコンタクトが夫々有する複数の接続部が上記絶縁ハウジングの外部に臨んでいることを特徴とする請求項5記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 上記複数のコンタクトが夫々有する複数の接触部は、上記一対の延伸帯状部が伸びる方向に面していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載のケーブルコネクタ装置。
