Abstract
【解決手段】始動弁・絞り装置は、ハウジング繰り抜き部(25)を内部に形成したハウジング(24)を有し、前記ハウジング繰り抜き部内で切換え体(26)が排出位置と搬出位置との間で変位可能である。前記切換え体は、前記排出位置で取り込み通路(33)を排出穴(35)と結合させる排出通路(34)を形成している。前記切換え体は、前記搬出位置で前記取り込み通路(33)と搬出通路(37)とを結合させる貫通通路を形成している。該貫通通路内には絞り体(38)が前記切換え体(26)に対し相対的に変位可能に配置されている。これにより、前記貫通通路を貫流する溶融物(23)を所望通りに絞ることができる。

Claims (17)
- スクリュー機械から溶融物を搬出させるための始動弁・絞り装置であって、
ハウジング(24)およびその中に形成されているハウジング繰り抜き部(25)と、
前記ハウジング(24)内に形成され、前記ハウジング繰り抜き部(25)に開口している、前記溶融物(23)を供給するための取り込み通路(33)と、
前記ハウジング(24)内に形成され、前記ハウジング繰り抜き部(25)に開口している、前記溶融物(23)を搬出させるための搬出通路(37)と、
前記スクリュー機械(3)の始動過程の間に前記溶融物(23)を排出するための排出穴(35)と、
切換え体(26)と、
を備え、
前記切換え体が、前記ハウジング繰り抜き部(25)内に配置され、且つ排出位置と搬出位置との間で変位可能であり、
前記切換え体が、少なくとも部分的に、前記排出位置で前記取り込み通路(33)を前記排出穴(35)と結合させるための排出通路(34)を形成し、
前記切換え体が、前記搬出位置で前記取り込み通路(33)と前記搬出通路(37)とを結合させるための貫通通路(36)を形成している、
前記始動弁・絞り装置において、
前記貫通通路(36)内に絞り体(38)が前記切換え体(26)に対し相対的に変位可能に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする始動弁・絞り装置。 - 前記絞り体(38)が絞り体回動軸線(41)のまわりに回動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記絞り体(38)が絞り体駆動部(40)を用いて変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記絞り体駆動部(40)が前記切換え体(26)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記絞り体(38)が絞り体駆動軸(39)に固定され、該絞り体駆動軸(39)が少なくとも部分的に前記切換え体(26)を通るように延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの少なくとも一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記絞り体(38)が、前記溶融物(23)の流動方向に作用する圧力を吸収するため、絞り体駆動軸(39)に偏心して固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記貫通通路(36)が、入口(48)から前記絞り体(38)の絞り体回動軸線(41)まで、少なくとも部分的に、拡大している横断面(A)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記貫通通路(36)が入口(48)に自由流動横断面(A1)を有し、前記絞り体(38)の最小絞り位置で前記絞り体(38)に沿った自由流動横断面(A2)に対し次の関係が適用されること、すなわち0.5≦A2/A1≦1.3、特に0.6≦A2/A1≦1.2、特に0.7≦A2/A1≦1.1、特に0.8≦A2/A1≦0.9が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記切換え体(26)が切換え体駆動部(27)により変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記切換え体(26)が切換え体変位軸線(28)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記絞り体回動軸線(41)と前記切換え体変位軸線(28)とが互いに平行に、特に同心に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記切換え体(26)が前記切換え体変位軸線(28)のまわりに回動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記切換え体(26)が前記切換え体変位軸線(28)に沿って直線状に変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10から12までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- 前記切換え体(26)内に、絞られない搬出位置で前記取り込み通路(33)と前記搬出通路(37)とを結合させるための自由貫通通路(50)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置。
- ばら材(23)を溶融させ、溶融物(23)を供給するためのスクリュー機械(3)と、
請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置と、
を備えたばら材処理設備。 - 始動弁・絞り装置を用いてスクリュー機械から溶融物を搬出させるための方法において、
請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の始動弁・絞り装置を準備するステップと、
前記切換え体(26)を排出位置から搬出位置へ変位させるステップと、
前記切換え体(26)の前記貫通通路(36)および前記搬出通路(37)とを通じて前記溶融物(23)搬出するステップと、
前記絞り体(38)を前記貫通通路(36)内で前記切換え体(26)に対し相対的に回動させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記切換え体(26)と前記ハウジング(24)との間に到達した前記溶融物(23)による前記切換え体(26)のブロックを回避するため、前記搬出位置にある前記切換え体(26)を反復的に変位させることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
