また、マスタシリンダ12がホイールシリンダWCに向けて出力する液圧をマスタ圧とすると、状態判定部172は、マスタ圧が増大する方向にマスタピストン12c、12dが摺動して停止した状態を増圧特性と判定し、制御切り替え部173は、各々がサーボ圧の変化量に対する値であり且つ短縮制御を終了させる閾値である通常閾値及び通常閾値よりも大きい液圧変化量である特別閾値を予め記憶し、状態判定部172によりマスタピストンの状態が増圧特性であると判定されている際、マスタ圧に対する制御がマスタ圧を減少させる減圧制御となった場合、閾値として特別閾値を設定し、マスタ圧に対する制御がマスタ圧を増大させる増圧制御となった場合、閾値として通常閾値を設定する。また、状態判定部172は、マスタ圧が減少する方向にマスタピストン12c、12dが摺動して停止した状態を減圧特性と判定し、制御切り替え部173は、状態判定部172によりマスタピストン12c、12dの状態が減圧特性であると判定されている際、マスタ圧に対する制御が増圧制御となった場合、閾値として特別閾値を設定し、マスタ圧に対する制御が減圧制御となった場合、閾値として通常閾値を設定する。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限られない。例えば、減圧特性下で増圧制御を実行する場合の特別閾値と、増圧特性下で減圧制御を実行する特別閾値とは、例えばマスタシリンダ12内のシール部材の形状・特性に応じて、異なる値に設定されてもよい。また、マスタピストン12c、12dの摺動抵抗は、図示しないが、例えば、ポートPT4の前後、及びポートPT6の前後に配置される環状のシール部材(例えば断面がC字状のカップ型シール部材)によって主に発生する。
Claims (3)
- マスタシリンダボディ、前記マスタシリンダボディ内を摺動するマスタピストン、及び前記マスタピストンを摺動させるサーボ圧が発生するサーボ室を有するマスタシリンダと、
前記サーボ圧を検出するサーボ圧検出部と、
高圧ポート及び低圧ポートが形成されたシリンダボディと、前記高圧ポート及び前記低圧ポートの両方が閉鎖される閉鎖範囲と前記高圧ポート及び前記低圧ポートの一方が閉鎖され且つ他方が開放される開放範囲とを含む摺動範囲で前記シリンダボディ内を摺動可能なスプールと、前記スプールを摺動させるパイロット圧が発生するパイロット室と、前記サーボ室に接続され前記スプールの摺動により容積が変化する圧力室と、を有する液圧発生部と、
前記高圧ポートが開放された状態で前記高圧ポートを介して前記圧力室に所定圧以上の作動液を供給する高圧源と、
前記低圧ポートが開放された状態で前記低圧ポートを介して前記圧力室に接続される、前記所定圧よりも低圧に維持された低圧源と、
前記サーボ圧の目標値に応じて前記パイロット圧を制御する通常制御と、前記スプールを前記閉鎖範囲で摺動させる前記パイロット圧の単位時間あたりの変化量を前記通常制御による前記パイロット圧の単位時間あたりの変化量よりも大きくする短縮制御を、互いに異なるタイミングで実行するパイロット圧制御部と、
前記サーボ圧検出部の検出結果又は前記サーボ圧に相関する液圧に基づき、摺動抵抗についての前記マスタピストンのヒステリシスに関して、前記マスタピストンの状態を判定する状態判定部と、
前記サーボ圧検出部の検出結果及び前記状態判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記短縮制御を終了させる制御切り替え部と、
を備える車両用制動装置。 - 前記マスタシリンダがホイールシリンダに向けて出力する液圧をマスタ圧とすると、
前記状態判定部は、前記マスタ圧が増大する方向に前記マスタピストンが摺動して停止した状態を増圧特性と判定し、
前記制御切り替え部は、各々が前記サーボ圧の変化量に対する値であり且つ前記短縮制御を終了させる閾値である通常閾値及び特別閾値を予め記憶し、前記状態判定部により前記マスタピストンの状態が前記増圧特性であると判定されている際、前記マスタ圧に対する制御が前記マスタ圧を減少させる減圧制御となった場合、前記閾値として前記特別閾値を設定し、前記マスタ圧に対する制御が前記マスタ圧を増大させる増圧制御となった場合、前記閾値として前記通常閾値を設定し、前記特別閾値は前記通常閾値よりも大きい液圧変化量である請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記マスタシリンダがホイールシリンダに向けて出力する液圧をマスタ圧とすると、
前記状態判定部は、前記マスタ圧が減少する方向に前記マスタピストンが摺動して停止した状態を減圧特性と判定し、
前記制御切り替え部は、各々が前記サーボ圧の変化量に対する値であり且つ前記短縮制御を終了させる閾値である通常閾値及び特別閾値を予め記憶し、前記状態判定部により前記マスタピストンの状態が前記減圧特性であると判定されている際、前記マスタ圧に対する制御が前記マスタ圧を増大させる増圧制御となった場合、前記閾値として前記特別閾値を設定し、前記マスタ圧に対する制御が前記マスタ圧を減少させる減圧制御となった場合、前記閾値として前記通常閾値を設定し、前記特別閾値は前記通常閾値よりも大きい液圧変化量である請求項1又は2に記載の車両用制動装置。
