Description
ブレーキペダル11の近傍には、ブレーキペダル11の踏み込みによるブレーキ操作状態であるブレーキペダルストローク(操作量)を検出するペダルストロークセンサ11cが設けられている。このペダルストロークセンサ11cはブレーキECU17に接続されており、検出信号がブレーキECU17に出力されるようになっている。
第一マスタ室R1は、シリンダボディー12a(シリンダ穴12a1の内周面)、第一マスタピストン12c(加圧筒部12c1の前側)、および第二マスタピストン12dによって、区画形成されている。第一マスタ室R1は、ポートPT4に接続されている油路21を介してリザーバ14に接続されている。また、第一マスタ室R1は、ポートPT5に接続されている油路22を介して油路40a(アクチュエータ16)に接続されている。
第一液圧室R3は、ポートPT1に接続された油路25,27を介してストロークシミュレータ13aに連通している。なお、第一液圧室R3は、図示しない接続油路を介してリザーバ14に連通している。
また、スプール15a2は、出力室R12と液圧室R13とを連通する連通路15a5が形成されている。
このように、スプール15a2が初期位置にある場合、ポートPT14とポートPT12とは連通路15a5を介して連通するとともに、ポートPT13はスプール15a2によって閉塞されている。
出力圧取得部17aは、圧力センサ26aから出力室R12内のサーボ圧を取得する。
スプール相対位置=(サーボ圧変動量ΔPs/パイロット室R11の剛性Ka)/レギュレータ15aの面積S
スプール相対位置=パイロット室内液量V/レギュレータ15aの面積S
Claims (4)
- ボディーと、前記ボディー内を摺動するスプールと、前記スプールを軸方向に沿って移動させる液圧であるパイロット圧が入力されるパイロット室と、前記パイロット圧に応じた液圧である出力圧が出力される出力室と、を有して構成されたスプール弁を備えている液圧発生装置であって、
前記スプールの前記ボディーに対する相対位置を取得するスプール位置取得部と、
前記スプール位置取得部によって取得された前記相対位置に基づいて、前記パイロット圧を制御するパイロット圧制御部と、を備えている液圧発生装置。 - 前記ボディーには、所定液圧を供給する第一液圧源と前記出力室とを接続する第一ポートと、前記第一液圧源により供給される液圧よりも高い液圧を供給する第二液圧源と前記出力室とを接続する第二ポートとが形成され、
前記スプール弁は、前記出力圧が保持される保持状態では、前記第一ポートおよび前記第二ポートを前記スプールにより閉鎖し、前記出力圧が増大する増圧状態では、前記第一ポートを前記スプールにより閉鎖するとともに前記第二ポートを開放し、前記保持状態における前記スプールの保持位置から前記スプールが所定の増圧ラップ距離だけ摺動した時点で前記増圧状態に遷移し、
前記パイロット圧制御部は、前記スプール弁を前記保持状態から前記増圧状態に遷移させるに際し、前記スプール位置取得部により取得された前記相対位置が、前記保持状態における前記相対位置から前記スプールが前記増圧ラップ距離だけ摺動した前記相対位置までの範囲内である場合に、その範囲外である場合よりも、前記パイロット圧の単位時間あたりの変化幅を前記出力圧の増圧方向に大きくする請求項1記載の液圧発生装置。 - 前記ボディーには、所定液圧を供給する第一液圧源と前記出力室とを接続する第一ポートと、前記第一液圧源により供給される液圧よりも高い液圧を供給する第二液圧源と前記出力室とを接続する第二ポートとが形成され、
前記スプール弁は、前記出力圧が保持される保持状態では、前記第一ポートおよび前記第二ポートを前記スプールにより閉鎖し、前記出力圧が減少する減圧状態では、前記第二ポートを前記スプールにより閉鎖するとともに前記第一ポートを開放し、前記保持状態における前記スプールの保持位置から前記スプールが所定の減圧ラップ距離だけ摺動した時点で前記減圧状態に遷移し、
前記パイロット圧制御部は、前記スプール弁を前記保持状態から前記減圧状態に遷移させるに際し、前記スプール位置取得部により取得された前記相対位置が、前記保持状態における前記相対位置から前記スプールが前記減圧ラップ距離だけ摺動した前記相対位置までの範囲内である場合に、その範囲外である場合よりも、前記パイロット圧の単位時間あたりの変化幅を前記出力圧の減圧方向に大きくする請求項1記載の液圧発生装置。 - 前記パイロット室に流入出する液量を取得する液量取得部と、
前記液量取得部によって取得された液量に基づいて前記パイロット室内の液量を演算する液量演算部と、を備え、
前記パイロット室は、前記スプールの軸方向の一端面により区画されており、
前記スプール位置取得部は、前記液量演算部によって演算されている前記液量の前記一端面の面積による除算値に基づいて、前記相対位置を導出するスプール位置導出部である請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項記載の液圧発生装置。
