Abstract
Description
本実施形態のシステム構成は、図1に示すように、スイッチトリラクタンスモータ(以下、「SRモータ」という)1と、インバータ2と、昇圧部3と、バッテリ4と、制御部100と、を含んでいる。本実施形態に係るSRモータ1の制御装置は、少なくともインバータ2および制御部100を含んで構成される。
以下、本実施形態に係るSRモータ1の制御装置による駆動制御方法の実施形態について、図6〜図9を参照しながら説明する。なお、車両の通常走行時、すなわち図6のスタートの時点において、制御部100は第一制御を実行している。
以下、本実施形態に係るSRモータ1の制御装置を適用した車両について、図9を参照しながら説明する。同図に示した車両200は、エンジン201と、車輪202と、変速機(T/M)203と、デファレンシャルギヤ204と、駆動軸205と、走行用動力源としてのSRモータ(SRM)1と、を備えている。車両200は、四輪駆動車であり、エンジン201が左右の前輪202FL,202FRを駆動し、リヤモータであるSRモータ1が左右の後輪202RL,202RRを駆動する。

Claims (6)
- ロータ、ステータおよび前記ステータに巻回されたコイルを有し、走行用の駆動源として車両に搭載されるスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置において、
第一の励磁区間において第一の電流値で前記コイルを励磁する第一制御を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第一制御を行っても前記車両が発進できないと判定した場合、前記第一の励磁区間よりも狭い第二の励磁区間において前記第一の電流値よりも大きい第二の電流値で前記コイルを励磁する第二制御を行うことを特徴とするスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、インダクタンスが正勾配である相のコイルに対して前記第二制御を行い、インダクタンスが負勾配である相のコイルに対して前記第一制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、インダクタンスが正勾配であるコイルが複数相あると判定し、かつインダクタンスが正勾配である一相のコイルに対して前記第二制御を行っても前記車両が発進できないと判定した場合、インダクタンスが正勾配である複数相のコイルに対して前記第二制御を行い、インダクタンスが負勾配である残りの相のコイルに対して前記第一制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、インダクタンスが正勾配であるコイルが複数相あると判定し、かつインダクタンスが正勾配である一相のコイルに対して前記第二制御を行うことにより前記車両が発進できると判定した場合、インダクタンスが正勾配かつ勾配が最大の一相のコイルに対して前記第二制御を行い、残りの相のコイルに対して前記第一制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、インダクタンスが正勾配である相のコイルの温度が所定の閾値以下である場合にのみ、前記第二制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。
- 前記第一制御の前記第一の励磁区間における総電流量は、前記第二制御の前記第二の励磁区間における総電流量と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチトリラクタンスモータの制御装置。
