Abstract
Description
たとえば、前述の実施形態では、錠剤測定装置10の処理対象を円形の錠剤としたが、本発明による測定装置は、円形錠剤以外にも、オブロング錠やキャブレット錠、多角形錠剤など種々の形状の錠剤に対応可能である。また、前述の実施の形態では錠剤供給部40に無振動タイプの回転フィーダ41を配しているが、振動タイプのフィーダを使用することも可能である。さらに、高さ調整機構32も、モータとボールねじによる構成以外も採用可能であり、たとえば、駆動源として空圧や油圧のアクチュエータや、動力伝達機構としてラックアンドピニオンなどを使用しても良い。なお、モータも回転駆動するものには限定されず、リニアモータも適用可能である。また、前述の全数検査の実施においては、使用する光学センサをNIRに替えて、ラマン分光やTHzを用いることも可能である。

Claims (8)
- 錠剤コーティング装置から取り出された錠剤の物性を測定する錠剤測定装置であって、
該錠剤測定装置は、
前記錠剤が導入される錠剤受け入れ部と、
前記錠剤を搬送しつつ、該錠剤の物性を測定する測定部と、
前記錠剤受け入れ部に導入された前記錠剤を前記測定部に供給する錠剤供給部と、
物性が測定された前記錠剤を前記錠剤コーティング装置に戻す回収部と、を備え、
前記測定部は、前記錠剤の物性を非接触状態にて測定可能な光学センサを有することを特徴とする錠剤測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の錠剤測定装置において、
前記測定部は、前記光学センサと前記錠剤との間の距離を調整可能なセンサ位置調整機構を有することを特徴とする錠剤測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の錠剤測定装置において、
前記光学センサがNIRセンサであることを特徴とする錠剤測定装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の錠剤測定装置において、
前記測定部は、前記錠剤を吸着支持しつつ搬送する搬送手段を有することを特徴とする錠剤測定装置。 - 請求項4記載の錠剤測定装置において、
前記搬送手段は、円盤状に形成された搬送ディスクであり、
該搬送ディスクは、その端面に周方向に沿って設けられ、前記錠剤の側面を吸着する吸着部を備え、前記錠剤の表裏面全体が露出した状態となるように、該錠剤の側面を吸着支持可能なことを特徴とする錠剤製造装置。 - 請求項4記載の錠剤測定装置において、
前記搬送手段は、前記錠剤を吸引しつつ搬送するベルトコンベアであることを特徴とする錠剤測定装置。 - 錠剤コーティング装置から取り出された錠剤の物性を測定する錠剤測定方法であって、
前記錠剤を搬送しつつ、光学センサにより前記錠剤の吸光度を測定し、
前記物性に関する検量線と測定した前記吸光度の値から前記錠剤の物性を算出し、測定後の前記錠剤を前記錠剤コーティング装置に戻すことを特徴とする錠剤測定方法。 - 請求項7記載の錠剤測定方法において、
前記物性の算出は、前記錠剤が外部に対し封じ込められた状態で実施されることを特徴とする錠剤測定方法。
