Claims (5)
- 20%w/w乾燥細胞重量を超える細胞脂質、および
総脂肪酸の10%超であるエイコサペンタエン酸(EPA)
を含み、アラキドン酸(ARA)は、総脂肪酸の5%未満を含む、フィチウムバイオマス由来のトリアシルグリセロール油。 - 前記フィチウムバイオマスの増大に利用される基質は、グルコース、デキストロース、ラクトース、キシロース、スクロース、フルクトース、またはこれら2つの任意の好適な組合せから選択される、請求項1に記載のトリアシルグリセロール油。
- 前記バイオマスが、さらに少なくとも1種の窒素源を含み、前記窒素源が酵母菌抽出物、DAP、尿素、NaNO3、CSLまたはこれらの2以上の組合せから選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のトリアシルグリセロール油。
- (i)好適な量のフィチウム培養物を供給する工程;
(ii)前記好適な量のフィチウム培養物からの基質を用いて5℃以下でフィチウムバイオマスを増大させる工程;
(iii)前記フィチウムバイオマスからトリアシルグリセロール油を抽出する工程、を有し、
少なくとも前記トリアシルグリセロール油は、20%w/w乾燥細胞重量を超える細胞脂質を含み、少なくとも1種のトリアシルグリセロール油に含まれる総脂肪酸の10%超がエイコサペンタエン酸(EPA)であり、
前記フィチウムが、フィチウム(但し、フィチウムHUST−RBB12株を除く。)又はフィチウム・イレグラレ(Pythium irregulare)であり、
前記フィチウムバイオマスの増大に利用される前記基質(但し、大豆油を含む場合を除く。)は、グルコース、デキストロース、ラクトース、キシロース、スクロース、フルクトース、またはこれら2つの任意の好適な組合せから選択される、
少なくとも1種類のトリアシルグリセロール油の生産方法。 - 前記バイオマスが、さらに少なくとも1種の窒素源を含み、前記窒素源が酵母菌抽出物、DAP、尿素、NaNO3、CSLまたはこれらの2以上の組合せから選択される、請求項4に記載のトリアシルグリセロール油の生産方法。
