Abstract
Description
(1)外輪部材と、複数の転動体を介して外輪部材に対して回転可能に設けられる内輪部材と、複数の転動体を周方向に略等間隔に保持する保持器と、を備えるハブユニット軸受であって、保持器は、大径側円環部と、大径側円環部と同心に配置される小径側円環部と、大径側円環部と小径側円環部を軸方向に連結し、周方向に略等間隔に設けられる複数の柱部と、周方向に互いに隣り合う柱部間に形成され、転動体を転動可能にそれぞれ保持するポケットと、を有し、柱部は、小径側円環部から大径側円環部に向かって傾斜して形成され、小径側円環部の外径面は、大径側円環部に向かうに従って拡径するテーパ面に形成され、保持器の外径面及び保持器の内径面の少なくとも一方が円筒面に形成されることを特徴とするハブユニット軸受。
(2)保持器の外径面及び保持器の内径面の両方が円筒面に形成されることを特徴とする(1)に記載のハブユニット軸受。
例えば、本実施形態では、保持器20の外径面21a及び保持器20の内径面22cの両方が円筒面に形成されているが、これに限定されず、保持器20の外径面21a及び保持器20の内径面22cの一方が円筒面に形成されていてもよい。

- 外輪部材と、複数の転動体を介して前記外輪部材に対して回転可能に設けられる内輪部材と、前記複数の転動体を周方向に略等間隔に保持する保持器と、を備えるハブユニット軸受であって、
前記保持器は、大径側円環部と、前記大径側円環部と同心に配置される小径側円環部と、前記大径側円環部と前記小径側円環部を軸方向に連結し、周方向に略等間隔に設けられる複数の柱部と、周方向に互いに隣り合う前記柱部間に形成され、前記転動体を転動可能にそれぞれ保持するポケットと、を有し、
前記柱部は、前記小径側円環部から前記大径側円環部に向かって傾斜して形成され、
前記小径側円環部の外径面は、前記大径側円環部に向かうに従って拡径するテーパ面に形成され、
前記保持器の外径面及び前記保持器の内径面の少なくとも一方が円筒面に形成されることを特徴とするハブユニット軸受。 - 前記保持器の前記外径面及び前記保持器の前記内径面の両方が円筒面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハブユニット軸受。
