前記電気接続ユニット(10)が有する2つの前記電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)のクリンプスリット(109、309)が、前記電気接続ユニット(10)の周方向(Um)において互いにずらして配置され、および/または、
前記電気接続ユニット(10)が有する2つの前記電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)の前記クリンプスリット(109、309)は、前記電気接続ユニット(10)の半径方向(Ra)に実質的に重ならずに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気接続ユニット(10)。 - 自動車産業用の電気ケーブル(50)特に2軸ケーブル(50)のための、電気コネクタ(1)特に小型コネクタ(1)であって、コネクタハウジング(20)を有し、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)、あるいは請求項6または7に記載の電気接続ユニット(10)を有することを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 自動車産業用の電気ケーブル(50)、特に2軸ケーブル(50)を組み立てる方法であって、
前記電気ケーブル(50)を組み立てるときに、前記電気ケーブル(50)における電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)または電気接続ユニット(10)の開いたクリンプ部(103;301、303)が、前記電気ケーブル(50)における閉じられたクリンプ部(103;301、303)に変形され、
開いた前記クリンプ部(103;301、303)を閉じられた前記クリンプ部(103;301、303)に変形させるときに、断面がオーバル形の閉じられた前記クリンプ部(103;301、303)が前記電気ケーブル(50)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、組み立てる方法。 - 前記組み立てる方法の第1のステップ(I)で、断面がオーバル形のフェルール(100)が、外部電気導体(522)に電気機械的に固定され、
前記第1のステップ(I)に続く前記組み立てる方法の第2のステップ(II)で、少なくとも1つの端子(200、200)が、前記電気ケーブル(50)の少なくとも1つの内部電気導体(501、502)に電気機械的に固定され、
前記第2のステップ(II)に続く前記組み立てる方法の第3のステップ(III)で、シールドコンタクトスリーブ(300)が前記電気ケーブル(50)に機械的および/もしくは電気機械的に固定され、並びに/または、
前記組み立てる方法の前記第3のステップ(III)で、前記シールドコンタクトスリーブ(300)の、実質的にすべての断面がオーバル形の絶縁クリンプ部(301)、および/もしくは実質的にすべての断面がオーバル形の外部導体クリンプ部(303)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の組み立てる方法。 - 前記断面がオーバル形のフェルール(100)のクリンプスリット(109)とオーバル形の前記外部導体クリンプ部(303)のクリンプスリット(309)とが、前記電気接続ユニット(10)の周方向(Um)において互いにずらして配置され、
前記フェルール(100)の前記クリンプスリット(109)と前記外部導体クリンプ部(303)の前記クリンプスリット(309)とは、互いに約90°もしくは約180°ずらして配置され、および/または、
前記電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)は請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクトデバイスであり、前記電気接続ユニット(10)は請求項7または8に記載の電気接続ユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の組み立てる方法。 - 自動車産業用の電気ケーブル組立体(5)、特に2軸ケーブル組立体(50)であって、電気ケーブル(50)と、前記電気ケーブル(50)に少なくとも部分的に接合された電気接続ユニット(10)とを有し、
前記電気接続ユニット(10)のオーバル形フェルール(100)が、前記電気ケーブル(50)の外部電気導体(522)に電気機械的に固定接続され、前記電気接続ユニット(10)のシールドコンタクトスリーブ(300)が、オーバル形クリンプ部(301、303)により、機械的および/または電気機械的に前記電気ケーブル(50)に固定接続されることを特徴とする電気ケーブル組立体。 - 前記電気ケーブル組立体(5)はケーブル予備組立体(5)として形成され、
前記シールドコンタクトスリーブ(300)が前記ケーブル予備組立体(5)に関連付けられ、
前記電気接続ユニット(10)は請求項6または7に記載の電気接続ユニットであり、および/または、
前記電気ケーブル組立体(5)が、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てる方法により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電気ケーブル組立体(5)。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクトデバイス(100、300)、請求項6または7に記載の電気接続ユニット(10)、請求項8に記載の電気コネクタ(1)、および/または、請求項12または13に記載の電気ケーブル組立体(5)を有し、および/または、
請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てる方法により形成される電気ケーブル組立体(5)を有することを特徴とする、特に自動車産業用の、ユニット、モジュール、器具、装置、設備、またはシステム。
