ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 軸方向(Ar)において、前記組み付けデバイス(211、212)が、周方向フランク(221、222)または周方向中心部(220)に形成され、かつ、
前記圧着フェルール(2)の周方向(Ur)において、2つ、3つ、4つまたは5つの前記組み付けデバイス(211、212)が、前記圧着フェルール(2)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 前記舌根部(2110、2120)が、軸方向(Ar)において前記圧着フェルール(2)から突出し、かつ、
前記組み付け舌片(2115、2125)が、周方向(Ur)および/または径方向(Rr)において前記舌根部(2110、2120)から突出する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 前記圧着フェルール(2)を圧着するときに、前記組み付け舌片(2115、2125)が、
前記圧着フェルール(2)における前記舌根部(2110、2120)の移動に追従し、
前記圧着フェルール(2)における周方向位置から進んで圧着されることが可能であり、かつ/または、
径方向(Rr)内方において前記非円形の内部断面(50)に圧着されることが可能である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 前記マルチコアケーブル(5)における前記圧着フェルール(2)の圧着状態について、前記非円形の内部断面(50)が、
前記組み付けデバイス(211、212)、および前記圧着フェルール(2)の径方向(Ra)に対向する領域、特に径方向(Ra)に対向する組み付けデバイス(212、211)により締め付けられることが可能であり、
前記直径補償部(22)の軸方向部分、特に前記直径補償部(22)の径方向(Ra)に対向する軸方向部分により締め付けられることが可能である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 長手方向(Lr)に延びる前記圧着フェルール(2)の自由縁部が、実質的に長手方向(Lr)のみにおいて長さが実質的に自由であり、
周方向(Ur)において互いに対向する前記直径補償部(22)の前記自由縁部が、相補的であるように構成され、前記圧着フェルール(2)の圧着状態において実質的に形状嵌合して互いに対向し、かつ/または、
前記圧着フェルール(2)の圧着状態において、前記直径補償部(22)において、周方向フランク(221/222)の周方向歯部が、周方向(Ur)においてこの周方向フランク(221/222)に対向する周方向フランク(222/221)の2つの周方向歯部の間に係合する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 前記圧着フェルール(2)が、物質的に単体または一体の圧着フェルール(2)として構成され、
前記直径補償部(22)において、第1の周方向フランク(221)が周方向中心部(220)を介して、前記圧着フェルール(2)の第2の周方向フランク(222)に接続され、
前記周方向中心部(220)および/または前記周方向フランク(221、222)が、補強デバイスを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)を、電気マルチコアケーブル(5)の剥き出された実質的に非円形の内部断面(50)に圧着組み付けする方法であって、
前記方法の供給工程において、軸方向組み付け部(21)および軸方向直径補償部(22)を備える圧着フェルール(2)が、前記圧着フェルール(2)を前記非円形の内部断面(50)に圧着するように設けられ、
その後、前記圧着フェルール(2)が、その前記組み付け部(21)を介して、前記実質的に非円形の内部断面(50)に圧着され、前記直径補償部(22)の結果として、前記圧着フェルール(2)の実質的に円形の外部断面(20)が前記マルチコアケーブル(5)において形成され、
前記組み付け部(21)は、前記圧着フェルール(2)が前記非円形の内部断面(50)に配設されることを可能とする組み付けデバイス(211、212)を有し、
前記デバイス(211、212)は、舌根部(2110、2120)を介して前記圧着フェルール(2)に一体化され、かつ、前記舌根部(2110、2120)に対して屈曲可能な組み付け舌片(2115、2125)を有し、
前記組み付け舌片(2115,2125)は、前記非円形の内部断面(50)が締め付けられることを可能とし、
前記組み付けデバイス(211,212)は、
前記非円形の内部断面(50)に前記圧着フェルール(2)を組み付けた状態において、前記軸方向(Ar)に延びる前記組み付け舌片(2115/2125)の自由縁部と、前記軸方向(Ar)に延びる前記舌根部(2120/2110)の自由縁部とが、向き合うように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記組み付け部(21)を圧着するときに、前記非円形の内部断面(50)が、前記組み付け部(21)における前記組み付けデバイス(211、212)により締め付けられ、
前記円形の外部断面(20)を形成するときに、前記直径補償部(22)の第1の周方向フランク(221)および第2の周方向フランク(222)が互いに向かって湾曲し、かつ/または、
前記円形の外部断面(20)を形成するときに、周方向(Ur)において互いに対向する前記直径補償部(22)の自由縁部が、互いに接合され、かつ/または形状嵌合して互いの内側に接合される
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧着組み付け方法。
- 前記圧着フェルール(2)が、前記マルチコアケーブル(5)のケーブルシールド(54/55)に圧着され、
前記圧着フェルール(2)が前記非円形の内部断面(50)に圧着された後、前記ケーブルシールド(54/55)が、前記圧着フェルール(2)に折り重ねられ、かつ、
前記圧着フェルール(2)が、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に従って構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧着組み付け方法。
- 電気接続デバイス(0)を電気マルチコアケーブル(5)に組み付けるための方法であって、
前記方法の第1の工程(I)において、前記圧着フェルール(2)が、請求項10に記載の圧着組み付け方法により、前記マルチコアケーブル(5)のケーブルシールド(54、55)に圧着され、
前記第1の工程(I)の後の前記方法の第2の工程(II)において、内部端子(1)が前記マルチコアケーブル(5)の内部導体(51、52)に取り付けられ、
前記第2の工程(II)の後の前記方法の第3の工程(III)において、シールドコンタクトスリーブ(3)が前記圧着フェルール(2)または前記ケーブルシールド(55)および前記マルチコアケーブル(5)の保護被覆(57)に圧着される
ことを特徴とする、方法。
- 電気接続デバイス(0)であって、
前記接続デバイス(0)が、内部電気端子(1)と、圧着フェルール(2)と、電気シールドコンタクトスリーブ(3)とを備え、前記圧着フェルール(2)が、請求項1に従って構成されている

前記接続デバイス(0)が、請求項14に従って構成され、かつ、
前記接続デバイス(0)が、請求項10に記載の組み付け方法により電気マルチコアケーブル(5)に組み付けられる

- 前記圧着フェルール(2)が、物質的に単体または一体の圧着フェルール(2)として構成され、
圧着の直前、前記直径補償部(22)のみが、実質的にU字形状またはV字形状の断面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気マルチコアケーブル圧着フェルール(2)。
- 前記圧着フェルール(2)が、物質的に単体または一体の圧着フェルール(2)として構成され、
圧着の直前、前記直径補償部(22)のみが、実質的にU字形状またはV字形状の断面を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧着組み付け方法。
