Abstract
【解決手段】加締め接続構造は、複数の点接触又は複数の線接触が主となるエリアと面接触が主となるエリアとを有するようにリング状加締め部材26を加締め、これにより筒状金属箔部材25及び筒状接続部34を電気的且つ機械的に接続する構造となる。また、加締め接続構造は、リング状加締め部材26の周縁部49のエッジが筒状金属箔部材25に対し非接触となる配置関係の接続構造となる。

Claims (6)
- 導電性を有する金属箔を筒状に形成してなる筒状金属箔部材と、該筒状金属箔部材の内側に挿入される導電性で金属製の筒状接続部と、加締めにより変形可能で前記筒状金属箔部材の外側に挿入される金属製のリング状加締め部材とを備え、該リング状加締め部材に対しこの外側から内側へ向けて加締めを施すと、前記筒状金属箔部材及び前記筒状接続部は前記リング状加締め部材の内側への二段で非エッジな変形部分となる第一段変形部及び第二段変形部によって接触し合い電気的且つ機械的に接続される
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記リング状加締め部材の前記第一段変形部は前記筒状金属箔部材及び前記筒状接続部を面接触させる非エッジな変形部分であり、前記第二段変形部は前記筒状金属箔部材及び前記筒状接続部を点接触させる、線接触させる、又は前記第一段変形部よりも小さな面で接触させる複数の非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項2に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記リング状加締め部材の中心軸に平行な線を仮に前記リング状加締め部材の周方向に複数存在させたとすると、前記第二段変形部は前記線ごとに一つ生じる非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項2に記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記第二段変形部は前記リング状加締め部材の周方向に間隔を有して複数存在する非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4いずれか記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記第一段変形部は前記第二段変形部よりも前記筒状金属箔部材への引っ張り力が掛かる側に存在する非エッジな変形部分である
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5いずれか記載の加締め接続構造において、
前記筒状金属箔部材は前記金属箔単体によりなるもの、又は、複数の層のうちの一つに前記金属箔を有してなるものである
ことを特徴とする加締め接続構造。
