Abstract
Description
図1から図3は、本発明の実施形態に係るゴム製の空気入りタイヤ(以下、タイヤという)1のトレッド部2及びその周辺を示す。このタイヤ1は、スノータイヤである。
以下、主に図4を参照して、センターリブ7の詳細を説明する。前述のように、センターリブ7には、センターノッチ11、サイドノッチ12、直線サイプ13A〜13C、直線サイプ14C、及び波形サイプ15A〜15Cが設けられている。
以下、主に図7を参照して、ショルダー横溝8とショルダーブロック9の詳細を説明する。前述のように、ショルダーブロック9には、1本の断続サイプ21、2本の複合サイプ22、及び2本の直線サイプ23が設けられている。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部のタイヤ幅方向の中央領域に、タイヤ周方向にジグザグに延びるように形成されたセンター主溝と、
前記トレッド部の前記センター主溝よりも接地端側に、前記タイヤ周方向に延びるように形成されたショルダー主溝と、
前記センター主溝と前記ショルダー主溝とによって画定され、前記トレッド部のタイヤ幅方向の中央領域に配置されているセンターリブと、
一端が前記センター主溝に連通し、他端が前記センターリブ内で終端し、前記トレッド部に隣接した部分に段差部を有するセンターノッチと
を備える、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記センターノッチの前記一端は、前記センター主溝のジグザグ形状の変曲点に連通している、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記センターノッチは、
前記センターノッチが延びる方向に対して直交方向の断面視において、前記ショルダー主溝を画定する底壁から前記トレッド部の表面に向けて延びる第1部分と、
前記直交方向の断面視において、一端が前記第1部分の上端に接続されて前記センターノッチの溝幅が拡大するように延びる第2部分と、
前記直交方向の断面視において、一端が前記第2部分の他端に接続されて他端が前記トレッド部の表面に接続された第3部分と
を備え、
前記段差部は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との接続部分であり、
前記センターリブは、
前記トレッド部の表面と前記第3部分とが接続されている主エッジと、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分とが接続されている副エッジと
を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ショルダー主溝は、前記タイヤ周方向にジグザグに延びており、
前記タイヤ幅方向に延び、一端が前記ショルダー主溝のジグザグ形状の変曲点に連通し、他端が前記接地端よりもタイヤ幅方向外側で終端する、前記タイヤ周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数のショルダー横溝をさらに備え、
前記センターノッチと前記ショルダー横溝とが前記タイヤ周方向において同位置に設けられている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ショルダー主溝と、前記タイヤ周方向に互いに隣接する2本の前記ショルダー横溝とによって画定されたショルダーブロックをさらに備え、
前記タイヤ周方向において、前記センター主溝の変曲点ごとに前記センターリブをセンターリブユニットに分けたとき、2個の前記ショルダーブロックに対して1個の前記センターリブユニットが設けられている、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
