Claims (5)
- 収納容器に、被包装物を収納した後、トップフィルムを収納容器のフランジに貼着してなる包装容器であって、トップフィルムを被包装物に接したドーム状に形成した構成としたことを特徴とする包装容器。
- トップフィルムは熱成形性と熱収縮性と酸素バリア性を有するフィルム素材からなり、貼着は熱溶着である、請求項1記載の包装容器。
- 包装容器は、包装容器内の気体をガス置換した請求項1または請求項2に記載の包装容器。
- 収納容器に、被包装物を入れた後、トップフィルムを収納容器のフランジに貼着してなる包装容器であって、トップフィルムを被包装物に接したドーム状に形成したことを特徴とする包装容器の製造方法。
- トップフィルムを被包装物に接したドーム状に形成する工程は、真空圧により、トップフィルムをドーム状に膨らませた後、包装容器内にガス封入し、ガス封入後にドーム状熱板を圧力で降下させて熱貼着を行なった後、ドーム状熱板に設けた脱気孔を通して熱したドーム状熱板内の空気を脱気することによりトップフィルムがドーム状熱板内面に向かって吸引されドーム状に膨らむ、請求項4記載の包装容器の製造方法。
