Claims (9)
- 自動車用の構成要素(10)であって、
マグネシウム材料から製造された基体(12)であって、前記基体(12)の外観表面(14)が1〜40μmの算術平均粗さRaを有する基体(12)と、
透明ラッカーコーティング(40)を備え、前記透明ラッカーコーティング(40)が、前記基体(12)の前記外観表面(14)上に設けられ、最大で60μmの層厚さを有し、前記透明ラッカーコーティング(40)の下に配置された前記基体(12)の表面構造(15)が、視覚的および触覚的に識別可能であることを特徴とする構成要素(10)。 - 前記透明ラッカーコーティング(40)が、5〜40μmの層厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成要素(10)。
- 前記透明ラッカーコーティング(40)が、透明ラッカー表面(42)を有し、前記透明ラッカー表面(42)が、少なくとも0.5μmの平均粗さRaを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の構成要素(10)。
- 前記基体(12)がマグネシウム鋳物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素(10)。
- 自動車内装用の外観構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素(10)。
- マグネシウム材料からコーティング付き構成要素(10)を製造するための方法であって、
a)ブラスト処理法を用いて前記構成要素(10)の前記外観表面(14)を加工する方法ステップと、
b)前記ブラスト処理法によって加工された前記外観表面(14)に透明ラッカーコーティング(40)を塗布する方法ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ブラスト要素(26)がアルミニウム粒(27)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム粒(27)が、0.6〜1mmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記透明ラッカーコーティング(40)が、艶消し剤および/または着色剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
