Description
図1には、本実施形態のランフラットタイヤ1の正規状態における回転軸を含むタイヤ子午線断面図が示されている。
カーカスプライの枚数:1枚
ベルトプライのコード:スチール
ECE117規格に準拠する転がり抵抗試験機を用い、試験用タイヤを、リム(18× JJ)、内圧(180kPa)、荷重(5.17kN)、速度(80km/h)で走行させたときの転がり抵抗が測定された。結果は、実施例1を100とする指数で表示され、数値が大きいほど良好である。
各供試用タイヤについてECE30規格に準拠するランフラット耐久試験が実施された。結果は、実施例1を100とする指数で表示されている。数値が大きい程、良好である。
<乗り心地性能>
各試供用タイヤが、リム:18×8J、内圧:230kPaの条件で、欧州セダン車の全輪に装着された。テストドライバーは、この車両を乾燥アスファルト路面のテストコースを1名乗車で走行させ、そのときのバネ上の動き、当たりの硬さ、剛性感等に関する乗り心地性能がテストドライバーの官能により評価された。結果は、実施例5を100とする評点で表示されている。数値が大きい程、良好である。
<耐カット性能>
欧州セダン車に装着され、実走テスト走行後のタイヤのサイドウォール両側部分に発生したカット数が目視により、計数された。結果は、実施例11、14を100とする指数で表され、数値が小さいほど、カット数が少なく、良好である。

Claims (9)
- ランフラットタイヤであって、
一対のビード部間をトロイド状に跨ってのびるカーカスプライからなるカーカスと、サイドウォール領域において前記カーカスの内側に配された断面略三日月状のサイド補強ゴム層を備え、
前記カーカスプライには、素線径が0.25〜0.30mmである1〜4本のフィラメントを含むスチールコードが配列され、
前記スチールコードの外径Dは、0.62mm以上である、
ランフラットタイヤ。 - 前記スチールコードは、一本あたりの曲げ剛性が15gf・cm以下である請求項1記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記スチールコードは、一本あたりの圧縮剛性が100N/mm以上である請求項1又は2に記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記スチールコードのフィラメントは、波状に型付けされている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記スチールコードは、コード内のゴム浸透率が60%以上である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記スチールコードは、50N負荷時の初期伸度が0.5%以下である請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記サイド補強ゴム層の最大厚さTは、8.0mm以下である請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記外径Dに対する前記最大厚さTの比T/Dは、12.9以下である請求項7記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のランフラットタイヤの製造方法であって、
剛性中子の外表面に、未加硫の前記サイド補強ゴム層及び前記カーカスプライを含むタイヤ構成部材を順次貼り付けることにより生タイヤを形成する生タイヤ形成工程と、
前記生タイヤを、前記剛性中子ごと加硫金型内に投入して加硫成形する加硫工程とを含む、
ランフラットタイヤの製造方法。
