Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年12月9日付韓国特許出願第10−2015−0174999号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
本発明の一側面による塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物は、塩化ビニル系単量体、エチレン性不飽和単量体、および分子内に(メタ)アクリレート基を含むポリエチレングリコール系単量体の共重合体を含む。
nは、2乃至100の整数であり、
R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立して同一または異なるように、水素、炭素数1乃至10のヒドロカルビル基、または(メタ)アクリレート基末端であり、
前記R1およびR2のうちの一つ以上は、(メタ)アクリレート基末端である。
Snは、スズであり、
R11乃至R14は、それぞれ独立して同一または異なるように、水素、メルカプト基(−SH)、炭素数1乃至15の直鎖または分枝鎖のアルキル基、または炭素数1乃至15の直鎖または分枝鎖のアルキルスルファニル基である。
この時、前記重合は、懸濁重合または乳化重合であることが好ましくなり得る。
前記単量体混合物を有機スズ化合物、懸濁剤、油溶性開始剤、分散剤混合して懸濁重合法によりスラリーを製造し、前記スラリーから未反応単量体を除去した後、前記未反応単量体が除去されたスラリーを脱水および乾燥することによって塩化ビニル系樹脂を製造することができる。この時、前記添加剤は、乳化剤、水溶性開始剤またはこれらの組み合わせを含んでもよい。
塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造
[実施例1]
真空ポンプを利用して280l反応器内部の酸素を除去した後、塩化ビニル単量体30kg、酢酸ビニル単量体17kg、ポリエチレングリコール系単量体であるメタキシPEG600メタクリレート(Methoxy PEG600 Methacrylate)を0.84kg、有機スズ化合物としてジオクチルスズメルカプチド(Dioctyltin mercaptide)0.17kg、3%水溶液のセルロース系懸濁剤を3.0kg、開始剤アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(Azobisisobutyronitrile)56gを脱イオン水130lに混合して重合を開始した。
前記実施例1で酢酸ビニルとヒドロキシプロピルアクリレート単量体を用いず、反応初期にイソブチルビニルエーテル21kgを投入し、有機スズ化合物を用いないことを除いては、実施例1と同様な方法で重合した。(収得した粒子の平均大きさ:195μm)
前記実施例2で有機スズ化合物としてジオクチルスズメルカプチド(Dioctyltin mercaptide)0.84kgを追加的に投入したことを除いては、、実施例2と同様な方法で重合反応を進行して、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を収得した。(収得した粒子の平均大きさ:190μm)
前記実施例2で有機スズ化合物としてジオクチルスズメルカプチド(Dioctyltin mercaptide)0.17kgを追加的に投入したことを除いては、実施例2と同様な方法で重合反応を進行して、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を収得した。(収得した粒子の平均大きさ:205μm)
前記実施例1でポリエチレングリコール系単量体メタキシPEG600メタクリレート(Methoxy PEG600 Methacrylate)および有機スズ化合物を投入しないことを除いては、実施例1と同様な方法で重合反応を進行して、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を収得した。(収得した粒子の平均大きさ:180μm)
前記実施例2でポリエチレングリコール系単量体メタキシPEG600メタクリレート(Methoxy PEG600 Methacrylate)を投入しないことを除いては、実施例2と同様な方法で重合反応を進行して、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を収得した。(収得した粒子の平均大きさ:200μm)
前記実施例および比較例で収得されたそれぞれの塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物20重量部に、エチルアセテート(比較例1および実施例1乃至3)またはメチルエチルケトン(比較例2、および実施例4乃至6)80重量部を混合し、50℃で90分間攪拌して、混合溶液を製造した。
Claims (17)
- 塩化ビニル系単量体、エチレン性不飽和単量体、および分子内に(メタ)アクリレート基を含むポリエチレングリコール系単量体の共重合体を含む、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和単量体は、
ビニルエステル系単量体;オレフィン系単量体;(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル系単量体;無水マレイン酸系単量体;アクリロニトリル系単量体;スチレン系単量体;およびハロゲン化ポリビニリデン系単量体からなる群より選択された1種以上の単量体を含む、請求項1に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリエチレングリコール系単量体の重量平均分子量は、200g/mol乃至5000g/molである、請求項1に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール系単量体は、前記共重合体100重量部に対して、0.5重量部乃至5重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機スズ化合物は、前記共重合体100重量部に対して、0.1重量部乃至5重量部で含まれる、請求項6に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 懸濁剤、乳化剤、および分散剤からなる群より選択された1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 塩化ビニル系単量体、エチレン性不飽和単量体、および分子内に(メタ)アクリレート基を含むポリエチレングリコール系単量体を含む、単量体混合物を;
開始剤の存在下で重合する段階を含む、塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記重合は、懸濁重合または乳化重合である、請求項9に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール系単量体は、他の単量体と同時に添加されるか、またはポリエチレングリコール系単量体を除いた他の単量体の重合度が60%乃至90%である段階で別途に添加される、請求項9に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和単量体は、
ビニルエステル系単量体;オレフィン系単量体;(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル系単量体;無水マレイン酸系単量体;アクリロニトリル系単量体;スチレン系単量体;およびハロゲン化ポリビニリデン系単量体からなる群より選択された1種以上の単量体を含む、請求項9に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記重合は、懸濁剤、乳化剤、および分散剤からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤の存在下で行われる、請求項9に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記分散剤は、けん化度が40%以上であるポリビニルアルコール、セルロース、ゼラチン、アクリル酸重合体、メタアクリル酸重合体、イタコン酸重合体、フマル酸重合体、マレイン酸重合体、コハク酸重合体、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項15に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を含む、コーティング用インク。
