Abstract
Description
本発明の主題は、サンプル厚さにおいて炭素繊維不織布で作製されたロール紙を水平に分割することによって炭素繊維不織布で作製された層を製造するための方法、および製造された材料の使用である。

Claims (9)
- 開始材料としての炭素繊維不織布が、サンプル厚さにおいて水平分割プロセスを受けることを特徴とする、炭素繊維不織布で作製される層を製造するための方法であって、前記炭素繊維不織布が、前記炭素繊維不織布から連続して1つの層又は複数の層を分離するためにブレード構造に対して移動され、その方法において、前記1つの層又は前記複数の層が、分離後に前記炭素繊維不織布から連続的に除去される、方法。
- 分割されることになる前記炭素繊維不織布の厚さが、3mm〜50mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離された層の厚さが、少なくとも0.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維不織布が、ビスコース、PAN、ピッチ又はリグニンに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレード構造が、フライスカッター様切削工具、バンドナイフ、その各々が1つの側面上で尖らされた2つの隣接する単一のバンドナイフを有するダブルバンドナイフ、又は、振動駆動を有する硬質の定規様分割ナイフから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一以上の層を分離すること及び除去することが、同時に且つ一定の張力で生じることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造される炭素繊維不織布で作製された層。
- 電池用途に関する電極材料、高温電池、レドックスフロー電池、又は高温絶縁材料としての、請求項7に記載の炭素繊維不織布で作製された層の使用。
- 燃料電池におけるガス拡散層のための、請求項7に記載の炭素繊維不織布で作製された層の使用。
